When I walked in theirs were 5 people ahead of me and only one associate on duty she made waiting easy she greeted everyone explained the situation and kept us all talking and laughing (truly a dream associate ) as bill payers were coming in we were so at ease we were letting them go first it was all because of this associates calm and sweet demeanor

Customer service was extremely bad. Nobody greeted me when I walked in and they weren't with anyone. My issue was not resolved from the store visit. They acted like they couldn't do anything at all, not even provide a new SIM, and kept referring me to Best Buy!

Solie and Paula were so helpful and set me up with everything I needed. Solie helped me previously with my last purchase. The customer service at this location is the best I've ever received from any AT&T store in the entire 13 years I've been with this carrier. 10/10 😁

Went to the store to change service providers, went through the process and at the end after we paid and sim card was installed was told oh we have to get our current phones unlocked. Then a few days later come to find out she did not port our old numbers to att so we were not getting text or phone calls. I still dont know about our bill because she told us one thing but the contract said a different number. I would like for someone from management to contact me.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. One of the reps put on a movie for my son while we did business. We got everything we needed, and we were happy with the experience there.

Eric was incredibly awesome. I had been on the phone with AT&T for almost an hour trying to resolve the issue. Then the call cut off and I couldn't make any calls. I was so frustrated. I went to the AT&T store and Eric fixed everything for me. He was bright, friendly, and professional.

OMG I have to stay I am so impressed. I needed a new tablet for school and wanted to upgrade my iPhone. I got both the same day!! Eric was an amazing sales rep and answered all my questions and worked for 2 hours to make sure I was taken care of. Both Eric and Ana are a dynamic duo who can give you the best prices.
