I had a pretty horrible experience with this place. I took my daughters phone in on 7/18/22 to have the screen protector removed. I had trouble removing it and was told this place could help. When I arrived Francine was there and took the phone to work on. In trying to remove the screen protector she completely removed the screen! After completely removing the screen thereby essentially breaking the phone, she wanted to charge me $65 to repair it. She then realized she didnt have the parts to repair the phone and sent me to a different repair store. Not once did she acknowledge she broke my phone nor did she offer to pay to fix it. I guess calling and finding another store for me to take the phone to was restitution in her mind. This service was horrific and I am surprised a place like this would break something and just send the customer on their way.

Bad business they fix my screen & same day my screen started showing pink rainbow colors from company deflects, i took my iphone to another repair shop to get it fix and to see what was the issue, they told me it was the shop I went to. did " did something wrong " , I went back to Gadget Md & he refused to fix the problem, the guy have very bad customer service, I. suggest dont go there .

Got my phone fixed at Gadget MD and did a very good job. Took 30 minutes while in other places it would’ve took about an hour.

Customer service was great, the rep was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. There was a 45 dollar diagnostic fee, however since the phone was not repairable she waived the fee! Great people I will definitely be back.

I came in Gadget MD to get a iPhone 11 screen fixed and was greeted by a fantastic woman named Francine. She is very knowledgeable about the products she sells and is very respectable. She had me in and out in no time. She truly is about her customers and helping people. I guarantee if I would have met her in the streets she would have gave me the shirt off her back to help me out. Recently had a the screen of my phone break. Unfortunately the phone was too old for other repair places to even bother. Luckily for me these guys did not even hesitate when I asked and let me know when they had the part in stock. The repair took 2 hours and the phone was as good as new. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needed a device repaired.

Seeing that my daughter continues to feel the need to take her phone case off. She is always dropping her phone and breaking it. I’ve had her phone fixed here and the screen repair is quality and the time for service is fast unlike some other places. Definitely recommend this company.
