Best computer repair service in Humble, Texas (TX) 2024

I had a pretty horrible experience with this place. I took my daughters phone in on 7/18/22 to have the screen protector removed. I had trouble removing it and was told this place could help. When I arrived Francine was there and took the phone to work on. In trying to remove the screen protector she completely removed the screen! After completely removing the screen thereby essentially breaking the phone, she wanted to charge me $65 to repair it. She then realized she didnt have the parts to repair the phone and sent me to a different repair store. Not once did she acknowledge she broke my phone nor did she offer to pay to fix it. I guess calling and finding another store for me to take the phone to was restitution in her mind. This service was horrific and I am surprised a place like this would break something and just send the customer on their way. ~Team
