I have been in this location several times and had the pleasure of being helped by the same person, a man named Jakeb. He has been super helpful and knowledgeable each time. Even going so far as to come outside and take a look at the lug nuts on my moms car when we needed help. I will continue to shop at this location for all my automobile needs. ~Lyndsey

Absolutely bismol customer service. The old bald gentleman couldn't careless about my window issue. Asked him what I needed and all he did was tell me what isle the parts were on. Couldn't even spend the 5 seconds to show me. After looking on my own, I asked if he could take a look at my window outside and his excuse was there was "too much traffic" in the building. Yeah, y'all were real busy with your 3 frickin customers at 9pm. The young lady working could've easily handled them. Extremely dissatisfied!!! If you want answers and REAL help, go to advanced auto parts in atascocita. They actually took the 10 minutes to help me. And were happy to do so. Id most definitely fire that bald guy if I ran the store. He doesn't belong in a car parts shop honestly. Super unprofessional and couldn't care less about my problems with my car. I had an engine replaced in my truck. I supplied a used engine with 75,000 miles which was checked out by a certified Ford mechanic and brand new parts. When I received my truck, I was told that there was still a check engine light that was coming on because of oil coating the oxygen sensors. I broke down within a week due to an incorrect install which was confirmed by the Ford dealership. Alan refused to take responsibility. Also, some bolts were missing on a cross tube underneath the truck. ~George
