Absolutely bismol customer service. The old bald gentleman couldn't careless about my window issue. Asked him what I needed and all he did was tell me what isle the parts were on. Couldn't even spend the 5 seconds to show me. After looking on my own, I asked if he could take a look at my window outside and his excuse was there was "too much traffic" in the building. Yeah, y'all were real busy with your 3 frickin customers at 9pm. The young lady working could've easily handled them. Extremely dissatisfied!!! If you want answers and REAL help, go to advanced auto parts in atascocita. They actually took the 10 minutes to help me. And were happy to do so. Id most definitely fire that bald guy if I ran the store. He doesn't belong in a car parts shop honestly. Super unprofessional and couldn't care less about my problems with my car. This is why I don't come here. Y'all lost business because of him.

Best place in town to get parts, and the staff is always very helpful about helping install windshield wipers etc., if you need help (which I do lol).

Outstanding Experience! I came in needing a new gas cap. Jeff quickly located the part and took it out of the box to confirm it was the correct cap. When I wasn't certain if it was the correct one or not, without hesitation he offered to take me outside to test it. Perfect fit! I arrived frustrated after being sold the wrong part at a competing store 3 blocks away and left extremely impressed by the much better customer service experience and much lower price here. I will be back!

In a panic not knowing why the light came on and which light to call it- I immediately searched for the nearest auto part store ,O’Riley being the closest one on my search. I ran in and right out in under 5 minutes with the assistance of Matt. He greeted me with excellent customer service and removed so much weight off my shoulders by explaining the issue and reassuring me that this simple “quick fix” would instantly resolve my issue, did I mention in under 5 minutes !! He also came out (in the cold Texas weather) to assist. Thank you Matt for your amazing pleasantries and being so kind !

Truck broke down a few miles from this store. Guys were able to get me each part I needed I kept missing things but they assured each time everything I got would work without pressuring add ons. Even stayed a little after closing to help me grab another part I forgot. The manager on duty was very helpful.

I've had two completely good batteries flag as bad here. 1 that still worked but they considered bad as well. I took them straight out of working vehicles that I had tried starting for hours working on other issues. I guess they have it tuned to warranty mode or something. This time I was there to step in before they bought my perfectly good battery for 10 bucks. They'll immediately try to suggest replacement off just 2 yrs of usage. Verify your results with autozone always. Freaking grift
