Don't bother with appointments. After waiting 15 mins past scheduled time, the staff or mgr tells me to leave it for a few hours. For a tire mounting and rebalance? I asked what does the appointment do, I scheduled it 3 days prior...all, No different than walk in....it "reserves a bay" ...ok is the bay free, I'm here at my scheduled time? Of course not, it's taken. Spent 1800 here just a few months ago...NOT coming back. Poor customer service, not the Technicians fault but the mgr who didn't even bother to apologize while I waited.

I have been driving from Conroe just for the service I get here at Firestone in Kingwood! Very honest and great people to deal with from the manager down to the guys working on my vehicle! Scott and Cody were easy and helped me to understand everything! I highly recommend! They may take their time in the shop and not go as quickly but I will take quality of work over time any day of the week!

Wow... unbelievable! We went in for a set of new tires and an alignment. Finished up started on drive home and immediately our "low oil" light came on. Husband opened the hood and not a drop of oil on the dipstick. Of course we called immediately but no admittance of the gastly mistake! The only thing was...they told us we can have our next oil change on them. HA- REALLY? I think not. Firestone used to be a place you could take your car for quality work. Those days are gone. Firestone has lost us as a 25 year customer!

We had our car checked out due to some issues we were having and everything was misdiagnosed. Glad we couldn't afford to have the work completed because none of it was necessary. We got a second opinion and had the work completed at another shop for much less money. The difference was a young mechanic vs a much older more experienced mechanic who owns the mechanic shop and pointed out everything he had to say, showing us why he claimed what he claimed. Several months after that incident we brought them a tire that had gone flat in our driveway and we didn't realize that until we drove off and turned onto the street, we had to back up back into our driveway and call AAA to come put the spare tire on because we're both handicapped. So we brought Firestone the flat tire to have them check out the tire to make sure that the side walls were ok because of driving on the completely flat tire. When they found the nail in the tire it was about 2 inches from the edge of the tire and they told me that the tire was not repairable. I asked why and he took to the tire and pointed out that the nail was too close to the edge of tire. They said that they couldn't replace the tire either, (I had road hazard warranty with them) because the tires were discontinued and so they tried to sell me all new tires. Our tires are 50% used on the tread wear and still in very good condition, we purchased high quality tires from them when we first bought the car. My wife would have allowed them to sell her $600.00+ tires due to the information that they gave us which was to make a sell and earn a commission while deceiving a customer. I am so glad that I went with my wife to Firestone because she would have come home with new tires. We took the tire to Clicks Tire Shop in Porter Texas and they fixed the flat and put it on the car and reinstalled the spare tire under the car and charged us $20.00. We have at least 2 more years of use on those tires. Don't send a woman to Firestone because they will take advantage of her with an exaggerated story to make her worry about the car and she will make a decision to have the work done. This is twice that Firestone has misinformed us about repairs. We take our vehicle to Van's Auto repair shop in Porter Texas, very honest people and reasonable prices but the most important thing is their honesty! I sincerely don't trust Firestone one bit.

Update on my previous review: I’m repeatedly astonished at how honest and thoughtful these guys are. I had a dealer tell me I needed new brakes, and Firestone told me that was a lie even though I asked Firestone to do the job. Today, they spotted a loose UCA bolt on my suspension and alerted me to it even though my truck was just in for an oil change. Good folks. Highly recommend!! Good place, nice folks. I've always had good experiences, especially compared to the available options. The only knock is they are very busy so you have to get there early to wait for quick jobs like oil changes.

Very disappointed, took my daughter's vehicle for an alignment, they didn't give me any paperwork, just handed me the keys and said everything was done. Since I have had alignment done there before I trusted them. Drove off and noticed the same pull towards the right side. I decided to take the vehicle to the dealer, and indeed, the alignment was off. The rep at Firestone lied to me, there was no alignment done, that is why he didn't give me any paperwork. What a shame. Be careful.

Since I have had alignment done there before I trusted them. Drove off and noticed the same pull towards the right side.
