Had a SIM car issue so I went in to see Tanya and see discovered there was water damage to my SIM card. It wasn't the news I was expecting but she reassured me that there was an affordable solution and she was right. For being a loyalty member I was give a 50% discount on a S21 FE phone, so, without skipping a beat I took the offer. Tanya put me at ease and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. I will always be a loyal Verizon customer as long as people like Tanya are employed there ~Justin

Fur Babies is a great local pet and grooming shop that has just about anything you need for our beloved furbabies. They have a keto dog food that is only available in a few stores in the area. I appreciate that I can call them and they’ll hold it for me until I can get there. They also have some really cute products fir any animal lover. The staff is always helpful. ~Amy

My fries are basically small I just paid for a medium box and got small fries thanks. I'd go in the store but they're closed and only the drive thru is open right now and a very long line... Also the first time ordering a dirt pie blizzard the picture had gummy worms in it and it didn't dawn on me until I left. I figured it might be mixed in it... I basically just got chocolate ice cream and Oreos, no fudge no worms... I'm not coming back, at least not this location they have too many screw ups each time I order something ~Tonia

I arrive at 9:00 AM to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy is closed! I see employees sitting in a waiting area. I ask what time does the 9:00 AM pharmacy open. Answer: The pharmacist hasn't arrived. After 15 minutes I left. I bought an item before leaving the store. I only have my iPhone with me as I was riding my bicycle. No problem, the store will use my ApplePay. NOT! It didn't work at the checkout. Without question, this is the very worst pharmacy. I wish I could give it a zero star. ~Unit1

This location was an old haunt of ours, for many years, pre-pandemic. Most of the staff was still friendly and helpful. The food took longer to be prepared than normally, but everything came out just right and extremely hot (fresh). Some of the inside could use a little TLC (bulbs out, handle falling off the kid-area door, etc.) but overall it wasn't too off-putting. We'll be back! ~JJ

Employees are exceptionally friendly, always helpful, and easy to find when you need assistance. They will stop what they're doing and take you to exactly where an item is you can't find. They do a great job of keeping items in stock, even in these difficult times and prices are good. I always go to Walmart Grocery Kingwood first. ~M

I recently purchased an item at around 8:40/50pm at 7/10/2022 and I used the self checkout. The transaction went through but I didn’t see any receipt pop out, so I told the ladies at the register that I didn’t receive my receipt. So one of them went to the office for about 15 minutes and came out asking did I just buy my item and I said yes. And she responded that she didn’t see anything in the system or cameras? (cameras at the register I'm assuming) and I have to wait until tomorrow for it to load and to be able to get a receipt which doesn’t make sense because shouldn’t things like transaction records be working 24/7? Since it is open 24 hours. They need to get that problem fixed and provide better service and do a better job at her job because I don’t think she knew what she was talking about. ~taylor

Awful Service. ZERO stars. Even with the appointment it took them over an hour and 30 minutes to give the COVID vaccine. Why do they make you do an appointment when they don't honor the time. Attendant at the pharmacy was so rude. They don't care, management fails to act because I see many similar reviews. ~Santiago

I came here when my daughter’s Jeep wouldn’t start. I had jumped it and was sure battery needed checked. They came out and said “it says charge to check” and went on to say that means the battery is bad - at least a couple of bad cells he said. I believed them. As they were changing the battery I noticed her dome light was on and found that it had been left on at the switch. I asked if that meant that if the battery just needed charged (duh that’s what the machine said). They didn’t answer. I pushed more and said was that other battery perfectly fine and just needed charged because she left some light on? It was quiet. I said can we put the other one back in? He said no, I already put the core sticker on it. It was just an orange sticker. I was so disappointed— I remembered that when I arrived he laughed and said he’d been “doing this all day” and showed me a cart full of “dead batteries” - he also noted that they work off commission. I felt so disrespected and taken advantage of. There was nothing wrong with my battery and he told me I needed a new $240 battery. He was not willing to make it right either. Today we took another car there (mistake) and they lied about why the engine light was on — told her she could just drive it, no big deal. Said those lights go on and off all the time. She went to advanced auto parts who told her her oil was low and helped her fill it. Light is off. Two honest experiences right in a row. You decide….I know I have. ~Elizabeth
