I'm up in the air about using CVS as my pharmacy. I called them to find out how much they will be charging for my pain meds monthly as they are miles closer to me than Kroger. but was told i have to have my doctor call the prescription thru before they can tell me how much. currently I was without insurance and paying out of pocket. I'm not going to ask my doctor to call in a refill and then have him call in another at Kroger because the price was too high. it might look like I'm trying to pull something. So, I never used them. plus, the few times I walked into the store the prices on the shelves were crazy high. again, I realize, they are not Kroger, but I wouldn't think their prices would be par with convivence stores! Some of the posts here are Hilarious. the picture I've included in a 1957 Holiday lone star. It hasn't anything to do with CVS, it's just my favorite like I wish CVS could be... :(

I recently purchased an item at around 8:40/50pm at 7/10/2022 and I used the self checkout. The transaction went through but I didn’t see any receipt pop out, so I told the ladies at the register that I didn’t receive my receipt. So one of them went to the office for about 15 minutes and came out asking did I just buy my item and I said yes. And she responded that she didn’t see anything in the system or cameras? (cameras at the register I'm assuming) and I have to wait until tomorrow for it to load and to be able to get a receipt which doesn’t make sense because shouldn’t things like transaction records be working 24/7? Since it is open 24 hours. They need to get that problem fixed and provide better service and do a better job at her job because I don’t think she knew what she was talking about.

I stopped by this location around 2AM and was approached by panhandlers. I went inside to make a quick purchase and when I came out the parking lot was completely empty. I got in my car and backed out of the parking spot. When I stopped to shift from reverse to drive I looked over and saw a guy standing in front of the store that came out of nowhere. I thought he was really cute so I smiled at him and then I noticed he had his really big joystick in his hand and started slapping it around. I couldn't believe my eyes. I just watched him for about 10 seconds while he was looking straight at me. He looked really nice but that's crazy to be out there like that. Keep an eye out when shopping here that late.

Showed up today and they have no knowledge of a prescription even after I showed them the text, email confirmation, and app that stated it was filled for this location. Complete disregard to all of that and stated the prescription may have been “lost.” I don’t know how a prescription gets lost but this looks like this location needs to be reported to the TSBC. Do not go here unless you want your prescriptions “lost”

This pharmacy has made so many mistakes and today is the final straw. I’m sick and contagious and they elected to hold 3 prescriptions. They did not ask the physician or myself if they needed to be held. When I called and got a hold of someone after being on hold 10 minutes, they said I could just pick up 2 of the medications over the counter. I told them I am not coming in that store because I’m contagious. They then messed up on the billing. I had to call again to get that fixed. This pharmacy messing up prescriptions and billing is not the first time. They also once sent me home with the wrong prescription and gave me insulin! I’m not even on insulin or a diabetic! I will be switching to a safer pharmacy.

Today at 10 I gave her my app scan and the number that goes with it so I wouldn’t have to go through the thousand questions for each prescription but she wouldn’t use it . I wonder if they just don’t know how. This is the second time and it’s always an older person. The younger staff love it. Please speak with your pharmacy and use the app it’s so much easier for the customers

TRS has changed from the W stores to CVS everyone has been nice. The only big difference is that they don't have a room for shots like W did. It doesn't bother me, but some people may want their shots give in private. The CVS rewards isn't as easy to use as W was.
