I'm not typically the type to write a bad review but the ladies at the pharmacy were very rude. They would keep us waiting just to chit chat in the back like we couldn't hear them and where very disrespectful when we approached the register. I understand that their job can be tough but there is a certain level of customer service you should have at the end of the day. Honestly very upsetting. Someone should do some retraining with those girls...

Where is management? Who owns this Walgreens? The pharmacy people are so unprofessional. They ignore customers in the drive through. 15 minute wait before a greet is absolutely ridiculous!! Management DO SOMETHING!!

Don’t ask questions here because they gonna get an attitude. False advertisement for Covid testing aswell. Apparently since it’s a “free” service we shouldn’t want our results in a timely manner. When something says 2 hours that shouldn’t mean it takes over 24 every single time. It’s not a free since you took my insurance information and you lied saying they sent the samples out when they test in house. Still no results over 24 hours later.

Awful Service. ZERO stars. Even with the appointment it took them over an hour and 30 minutes to give the COVID vaccine. Why do they make you do an appointment when they don't honor the time. Attendant at the pharmacy was so rude. They don't care, management fails to act because I see many similar reviews.

How is this location able to dispense medicine? When they have no customer service or an ounce of common sense. My partner was prescribed pain meds for a 4mm kidney stone. They received the order at 8am. They open at 9am. Told him it would b ready at 1 pm. He goes at 4 and no meds. Their excuse, technical difficulties. No process in place for things like this!?? People just have to wait in pain because of their incompetence??! Ridiculous!! This is the 21st century and seems we are going backwards!!! ZERO stars!

I was running late for my appointment, due to traffic, I called SEVEN (7) times in hopes of getting in contact with someone to notify or reschedule my appointment, if needed. The phone would ring, someone would pick up, and just leave me on hold for 10 minutes. I called back several times and even called the store manager. This isn’t the first time we have issues with this Walgreens. My fiancé arrived 45 minutes early for his COVID test. There were no lines or cars. They made him wait at the window until his appointment. They are just very unorganized and unprofessional.

My daughter made an appointment for 10:30 am on a Wednesday to get her meningitis vaccine for college. We waited almost 45 minutes after checking in and signing paperwork with no one calling my daughter over to get her vaccine when I finally asked what was taking so long. Needless to say, we were called in for the vaccine within a few minutes. The pharmacist giving the vaccine tried to explain the wait with “we need to make sure we have the correct vaccine and get the proper paperwork done”. For 45 minutes?! I don’t think so. Just say you got busy doing something else and forgot we were there and apologize for it. I asked her what the purpose of the appointment was for if it wasn’t for double checking they have the correct vaccine and paperwork ready. She also tried to say we would wait an equivalent amount of time if we went to the doctor. We specifically chose Walgreens to avoid that wait at the doctor’s office, isn’t that what they advertise?!

Everytime I come here there is a problem getting prescriptions. The people who work here are so rude and incompetent. Once they even incorrectly filled a prescription and accused me of being wrong until they looked at the footage from the fill date. On a separate occasion, they changed lane 1 to Covid testing only with no signs outside. After waiting in line for over an hour, I went inside and spoke with a very nice lady who was stocking shelves who admitted that I was not the first person to tell them about the lack of signs and she corrected the situation on the spot. These people lie. They will acknowledge that you have a prescription, then when you come back at the requested time, tell you that they never had the prescription in the first place. Why lie just to keep the line moving? Just be straight forward from the get go, that way I can fix the problem before my doctors office closes? It’s one thing to be busy, it’s another to be disrespectful, rude , condescending, and liars.
