It wasn't the news I was expecting but she reassured me that there was an affordable solution and she was right. For being a loyalty member I was give a 50% discount on a S21 FE phone, so, without skipping a beat I took the offer. Tanya put me at ease and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. Best service and support and overall experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. Tanya was exceptional. She knows her stuff and was able to help me upgrade my phone and work through the best options for my service. Additionally she was patient through the migration process for my phone, which took a while, and had it all ready for me when I came back a little later. She also helped me with my wife’s phone to make sure we got the best deal on her upgrade as well. So overall phenomenal service and extremely knowledgeable on both the devices themselves as well as the migration process to a new phone. 5 out of 5 stars.
