The pharmacy service is awful. Every time I come for my prescription, they are slow, not helpful, never answer the phones, and the older man once told me my medicine was recalled when it was just them that had a bad batch so it was an unnecessary scare for me. They need to rehire or do some customer service training. Walgreens across the street is the extreme opposite, I switched and it makes these guys look even worse!

They need to rehire or do some customer service training. Walgreens across the street is the extreme opposite, I switched and it makes these guys look even worse!

I don't understand the reason for all of the bad reviews. It's a CVS as good as all of the other stores. This new location is much better than the old and I've never had issues with the staff.

I arrive at 9:00 AM to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy is closed! I see employees sitting in a waiting area. I ask what time does the 9:00 AM pharmacy open. Answer: The pharmacist hasn't arrived. After 15 minutes I left. I bought an item before leaving the store. I only have my iPhone with me as I was riding my bicycle. No problem, the store will use my ApplePay. NOT! It didn't work at the checkout. Without question, this is the very worst pharmacy. I wish I could give it a zero star.

Called in to CVS clinic to make a payment and gave all my credit card information to a representative. Literally 30 minutes later my bank called to say there are fraudulent charges being made. This is so violating to me you can even trust employees. My weekend is ruined. Thanks cvs . I will never make a payment over the phone again!!

This is one of the worst CVS locations I’ve ever been to, I came in around six or seven pm and one of the employee’s were hovering over me and following around me around the store as I was searching for some medicine for my children. This gentlemen came up to me and said “ma’am, we are getting ready to close, please make your final sections and I can get you checked out”. I had just walked into the store and this employee showed very aggressive behavior, I ended up grabbing the medicine and using self-checkout. This store location needs to train their employees on manners, in the future please treat your customers with more manners, this isn’t a zoo breeding ground.

The pharmacy never answers the phone, the are always out of my prescription and have lied to me about when they get restocked. Lines inside and in the drive through are always long. They need to hire more staff or have more training.

Nobody who works there is friendly or seem to want to be there. Prescriptions are really slow. Even when doctors call them in, I’ve had to go in and ask about them. The new store is in a terrible location to get in and out of. I’m done with it.

I have had so much trouble with this CVS. Both before and after their store move. I have a prescription for a medication that is well known for having dangerous and unhealthy withdrawls. I have made calls a week in advance for refills so I would not have a lapse in my medication. This CVS failed to send the request into my doctor with a week advance, despite me calling several times to make sure the request had been made, yet I was still left unmedicated. This has happened three times now. Now I am trying to get my prescriptions transferred from them to Walmart, and the Walmart has informed me that they are trying to get in touch with CVS and nobody has answered the phone or request for prescription transfer. I also came here for my Covid shot. Sadly I made the mistake of assuming it would be a quick appointment so I brought my children with me. I was waiting for over an hour. In addition to this, there were managers of CVS having what appeared to be a business meeting in the waiting area, so there was nowhere for me and my two young children to sit because it was being occupied by these men and their laptops in the chairs. when I went up to the counter to inquire about why I hadn’t been called yet, it was obvious that I had been forgotten about because the doctor was casually chatting with a manager and said oh you’re still waiting? I told her to give me my ID back so I could leave, but then she magically had everything she needed to bring me back for my shot. I am not sure if the problem is that the CVS is understaffed, or has suffered from poor management, but something is wrong and this business is being run horribly. I would advise everyone to find a different pharmacy because this one has absolutely horrible communication and will leave you unmedicated and going through withdrawals.
