I never give bad reviews however I was really disappointed in my service here. My nail tech cut my cuticles way too short (it was starting to hurt) and I was charged for that service even though I did not request it. Also, one of my toes bled a tiny bit from this during my pedicure (which was also barely luke warm water). The tech did about 4 coats of dip on my nails, which is normal but didn’t file them down at all so they are extremely thick. I also developed and an ingrown toe nail after my pedicure here. This has never happened in YEARS of me getting pedicures. I will not be going back to this salon. Waste of 80 dollars. Services: Dip powder, Pedicures

I have never left a bad review for anything but my experience here was awful I’ve never had such a terrible experience before in a nail salon. The lady made 2 of my fingers bleed and left noticed scabs. I also asked her to make them a little shorter before she even started shaping them and she said “it’s fine like that” I told her I want square round nails when she asked and she said “no circle better” and I had to tell her that’s still not what I want. Overall just a horrible experience I walked out paying 65 before the tip for basic one color painted nails. It feel like I was completely ripped off and would never recommend this place to anyone. Service: Acrylic nails

First : I was never shown how my eye brows were waxed when Kim was done she imidiatly applied the tint afterwards i was told 24 hours to wear it well that means i dont get to see the results. Other places leave the colour for few min. 2) pedicure wasnt that great callouse is still visibale in an area even after pointing it out i didnt get the basic pedicure. Not worth it!

They did an awesome job on my nails, love the glitter and teal ombré. She did a good eyebrow waxing as well when I asked her if I could get an arch. Services: Facial treatments, Manicures, Acrylic nails, Pedicures

The male that did my nails did not paint them all the way and the shellac is uneven on some nails. All I wanted was for him to paint my nails the RIGHT way after being charged 80 dollars. No such luck. They will never get my money or business again. Have less attitude and more attention to detail for your chosen job/craft. And FYI even if you're speaking in your native language customers can tell when you're being negative. Services: Nail art, Acrylic nails

My nails were crooked and the guy didn’t even bother to take my dead skin off. When I called to talk to the manager, he offered for me to come back to put a tip on my crooked toe nails to even them out or basically botch the other one to make it match instead of giving me a refund. For one, I don’t like fake nails I don’t even wear them on my hands so why would I want a fake toe nail on my foot. And for two why would I trust you to fix it if you couldn’t even bother to clean my feet. I had so much dead skin left on my toes and I’m not even a person to have that much dead skin. I sent some pictures to the manager and he was even like yeah come back and I’ll get someone else to clean them for you. I appreciate the gesture but i don’t have time to be going back and forth I barely made time today and like I said again why would I trust you guys a second time. I don’t appreciate my time being wasted. A refund woulda been nice but this place is too money oriented for good customer service. Service: Pedicures

I did like coming here until I started to see the slippery things they do for extra cash. I’m sorry but I got a very simple full set with colored French tips.. I get to the counter and she tells me $80!! For shellac I never received or asked for. I’ve been 4 times before this and had much more detailed sets that were $65.. the price is always changing and the nail techs I choose are never there. I’m not coming back I don’t feel appreciated. I hate leaving reviews but I feel the need to do so from my experience today.. I asked for a manicure with a full set and a pedicure. There were two ladies working on me. Well I noticed right when I sat down she just started glueing the nails on and I stopped and asked oh are you going to cut my cuticles and clean my nail beds? She said “I do it at the end” my thoughts were: “how since you’re already glueing the nails on?”Well needless to say she NEVER cleaned my nail beds. The pedicure was awesome tho! I paid $200!! And I feel so ripped off and felt sick as I drove away from the parking lot. Way too over priced and not detailed enough for the money spent. I’ll never go back there.
