Long lines but quick service. You move fast. The food was delicious and they serve food if you are on a food plan that includes grilled chicken like the roll-ups and the Cobb salads are delicious. We all know how good Chick-fil-A is!

All the food was fresh ..only problem I had was when it was time for my kids to get their ice cream the young lady ask to see my receipt as if I was lying.. then a lil Mexican boy came be hind me to do the same she not once ask for his receipt. I didn’t want no confusion so I walk off to see if my receipt was on my phone to show proof . Then I spoke with another crew members (Andrew) he just gave it to me no questions with a smile 😀…. The lady(Maria Garcia)she the dining work she was very helpful I spilled my drink and she stop what she was doing to help … thankfully for her😍

This location was an old haunt of ours, for many years, pre-pandemic. Most of the staff was still friendly and helpful. The food took longer to be prepared than normally, but everything came out just right and extremely hot (fresh). Some of the inside could use a little TLC (bulbs out, handle falling off the kid-area door, etc.) but overall it wasn't too off-putting. We'll be back!

Whether it’s just me grabbing a frosted coffee (so good and a lot fewer calories than a shake) or feeding the whole crew plus some, these guys get it right! Order correct? Check! Food hot and tasty? Check! Drinks cold and frosty? Check! Cones tall and creamy? Check! All the workers working, smiling and throwing out blessings? Check, check and check! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!! The worst service I EVER experienced at a Chick-fil-a. I have visited Chick-fil-a from Texas to Georgia. I ordered lunch for my daughter who was attending a camp nearby for an 11:45a -12:00p delivery. I received a notification that your order is out for delivery at 10:58a. I called the restaurant and they had the driver to return with the order. I received a phone call from my daughter at 12:05p that her food had not arrived. SO not only did they send out the food too early, but they were late delivering the lunch. The camp location is .2 (POINT TWO) miles from the restaurant. I was offered a FREE DELIVERY on a future order. The lack of accountability is unbelievable. I would have been appreciative of them removing the delivery fee from this order.

I love chick fil A, but this location always misses something on my orders or gives me my food in ugly conditions. Like today my spicy sandwich was very burnt and most of it was burnt breading than chicken. It's such a bummer because it's the closest location to my home. 😭

I ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich meal. My burger had a second bottom bun😧. The spicy chicken paddy looked like it had been "refried". It was very dry and looked and tasted "refried" from the day before. On a positive, the waffle fries were fresh and so was the sweet tea.

My 2 year old found a dead bug in her fruit cup. I’m so glad she was paying attention and didn’t eat it. I was absolutely disgusted.

The manager named Damaris, and another female at the drive through window handled my situation so unprofessionally. I was given a salad without the dressing I ordered yesterday. I went back today since I was going to order the same thing, told them what happened, and showed them the receipt. The female employee said there was no dressing in the receipt, so that’s why they didn’t give it to me. She practically called me a liar and did not acknowledge that it could’ve been their mistake. I asked, “who orders salad without dressing?” She said, “people do” with a smirk on her face. The whole time, the manager stood there and never took control of the situation. I thought I was speaking to the manager until I asked what her name was and if she was the manager. Damaris said she could do nothing about it, because it was store policy to call the day of. She never communicated with me to apologize, or to even tell me that I wouldn’t be charged for the coffee I ordered. I only noticed once I saw the receipt. Which is fine, but had she taken control, it would have gone much smoother. Salad costs about $9, but they couldn’t make it right. Today, Popeyes replaced an entire $36.99 family meal for me since they only gave me 1/2 the tenders. Some managers are so cheap and act like it’s coming out their pocket. This location at Northpark in Kingwood clearly has inadequate management.
