Poor customer service, no one answers the phone, when the phone is answered they're rude. When I added a line to my service they pushed and pushed for insurance and I told them no. Still gave me the insurance (without my knowing) and I have been trying to take it off all month.

So I went in here today needing to transfer my service to them and get a new phone, they made the process a breeze, saved me money and got my new phone all set up!!! I couldn't have asked for more. Thank y'all so much!!! I absolutely recommend them. I didn't get the name of the man or woman there, wish I had. They were great.

Went in to switch and nobody wanted to help. They were sitting there playing like children and not interested in helping at all, they didn't help actually. I had to leave before I stepped outta character. Need to launch a complaint at metro customer service.. 1 in particular was worse than the other.

IMPORTANT REVIEW: Go here if you want to save money and time & get top of the line phones!! This is the Best cell store out of them all. Outstanding customer service. They really help simplify your purchasing decisions and save you time and money. Awesome location right off the feeder and hwy. Plenty of parking.. Love it. Great Express store. Very trendy with a great selection of phones & cases. I had a long stressful day at work and needed a new phone and to add a line as well as pick a new plan. Ana helped me find the perfect fit for my family needs. She was patient very informative and attentive. A blessing. Usually its very confusing and overwhelming i almost canceled with metro because of the New Caney store in foodtown. They were extremely rude and disrespectful not to mention dishonest and had different pricing and fees the employees tack on. But this Metro is totally the opposite!! They are amazing i "highly" recommend this place. Ana is a real asset to this company. If every Metro store was modeled after this one the whole world would switch....that is a fact.

I think metro pcs is the worst company ever! I've been a loyal customer for nearly 6 yrs. Ive always paid my bill and now with this pandemic i was unable to pay my bill by the 28th. So i called and asked for an extension until the 10th and was told no. Its sad to see that with these hard times these companies wont help out now matter how good of a customer you are. I will definetly be switching carriers!

DO NOT ever trust this place! There service is above and beyond horrific! I went in to switch mine and my daughters phone over to this company and that was a BIG MISTAKE! First of all the employee Ali switched our phone number over to the WRONG PHONE and they would not fix this matter at all. In fact Ali never even called me back still after two weeks. He refuses to talk to me or even call me after he screwed up. And might i add we never even got any phones but he switched our numbers over. I almost lost my phone number that i've had for years. So i had to pay to switch my daughters number back over to our original account and pay for her phone bill again. They most definitely tried to sweep all this under the rug. The manager was no help and would not speak to me either. So, I finally had to drive to corporate in Houston and they were no help either. In the end I had to pay to turn our phones back on and corporate said they would write a email about this issue. After all this they tried to say I gave them the wrong due date of my phone and it was my fault all this happened. So there saying it was my fault but would never speak to me about the issue and just completely swept it under the rug. So be aware of this Location They are not there to help when they screw up.

Im having to borrow my cousins phone because Metro PCS in Porter TX completely screwed me around and won't help fix it. They transferred my number and my daughter's number to the wrong phone's and now her phone is inactivated and won't work and they made it to where I have lost my phone number that I have had for years. And I can't reach a live person on any customer help numbers and no one will help at the store they pretty much say I'm screwed. This place is awful. They guy would not listen to what phone's I wanted to buy. He was so worried about selling me phone's he wanted to sell. He transferred our numbers to a SE when I clearly told him I wanted the S6 that the SE were way to small and that my son already had one but didn't like how small they are. Does anyone know a number to corporate that I can speak to a live person. Dont ever trust this company. Last week I had to walk out of one of their other stores because the guy was trying to sell me 4 phone's and would not shut his mouth even after I explained there are only 3 of us I had no use for a 4th phone. He still went on and on about it until I must walked away and out the door. I can't believe I ever even tried with this company. Now I'm screwed with loosing my number and my daughter's number has been transferred to another phone. So ridiculous. And also he was suppose to call us yesterday to fix this matter and of course I never heard from him.

Im contacting corporate i went in friday the guy working there told me it would be $80 then went in today he said no that was fridays price only his boss made a exception friday only so i told him ok thats fine but i got to thinking about it and told him never mind i dont want the phone or service he said o well its to late i got to pay i was like no im going to go else where he went in my account billed me $116 and kept the phone and suspended my service so i finally got threw to customer service they was like he cant do that needles to say they issued me a full refund hes unprofessional called me a liar his little sidekick kept saying thats wrong i was like its not wrong its a business i rather go somewhere else he said he wouldnt give me his name he said get out of the store they dont like liars at that location all this just becaues i said nevermind i dont want the phone i would advise you to go to another location if you dont want to get screwed. Oh and the Guys name is IMRAN

Friendly ladies that worked there. I went in late and they got me set up with a new home quickly. Only thing I noticed once I got home was my contract was only written in Spanish. And I don't know spanish. Love the service though..
