This was an awesome hidden trasure type place...i left 200 dolllars shorter but everything was well worth it ..i couldnt put any of it back lmao...def comin more often..and the worker was soooo welcoming she even gave me a few tips on shopping i was very pleased w the whole entire experience...

The parking lot at this place is horrible. Huge craters all over. The store was pretty empty as far as merchandise goes. I used to love Burke's but after COVID hit, it seems that they barely bring any merchandise.

Inventory on shelves made the store seem as though there was a "closing" sale; everything disparately needs to be restocked. Was able to find a few things of the leftover items.

Since the renovation, this place seems brighter, more cheery and makes for a pleasant shopping experience. The staff has always been friendly and the store is clean. You never know what you'll find here and the pricing is reasonable.

I love shopping at Burks, but if you want a job and you’re in college or school I wouldn’t recommend working here. I worked there and when I told them I was in college and I would need off at a certain time of day they said they could work with me. I even put my schedule on my interview paper and told them why I needed that time off. I called up there saying they scheduled me on one of my school nights they said okay we’ll call someone in for you. Then I called the day of just to remind them and one of the people told me school isn’t an excuse to miss work. After that day they didn’t put me on the schedule for weeks and I called every week asking the manager why wasn’t I on the schedule and we talked and he took down the schedule I gave him and said that he would put me back on. So I called up there to see if I was working and I still wasn’t on the schedule and it was like this for about 3 weeks! So then I just came to a point where it wasn’t worth calling to see if they got me on the schedule. I’ve already found a new job and they work with schedules and are very organized unlike this place. I still haven’t heard from burks if I’m going to be working and I’m not going to waste my time or breath to deal with their unorganized management.

Love the new remodel. The open floor plan is nice. You don't feel cramped up whilelooking through the clothes racks now. Got a lot of my Christmas done here. Something for everyone here.

I enjoy being an employee at Burkes... It's pleasant. Customers please stop messing up the store. Sometimes the employees overwork themselves due to mess. We all are all adults not kids. Other than that, I love Burkes I also love the great deals for 49 yrs and under Fridays 15% off and 49 yrs and up 15% off Mondays. Stay tuned for the big holiday sales😜 plus the staff are great.
