Poor customer service, no one answers the phone, when the phone is answered they're rude. When I added a line to my service they pushed and pushed for insurance and I told them no. Still gave me the insurance (without my knowing) and I have been trying to take it off all month. ~Alexis

Normally it's great greetings when going in but the past month in half I've been going the workers have been rude and they don't have hardly anything in there back room well I've been going in there maybe every two weeks for my feminism products and they've been out every single time so this time I asked the manager about it and she basically told me she doesn't have anything and cant do anything and it's not her problem coming from a store managers experience it kinda is your problem your suppose to order the stuff your missing not only that the new employee don't even know what there doing half the time and is running two registers at a time not finishing up with one then moving into the next and doing the same thing that place is really going down hill ~Jordan

I will say this about Arby's. Not all Arby's are the same. I've had two near me close down. I don't know why, but their sandwiches just weren't as good. But the location at porter is just better then all the rest that I've been. Their sandwiches taste better. Everyone that I've tasted before between the Italian, French dip and Swiss, their brisket sandwiches. Have been better then the two previous locations that have been next to me. So when I feel like Arby's I have to go a little bit out of my way to porter to get it. ~Factor

The location I usually order from was not available online so I decided to go to this location. I called to verify they were open and able to fill my order. The young lady I spoke to was cheery and very polite. I placed my order and about 10 minutes later picked it up. This location was very easy to access and had plenty of parking. The young man that brought my order out was very polite. The food was great! My wife said it was better than our usual location. This may very well be where we order from now on. ~A
