Best service I've received anywhere!! Kylar was a phenomenal associate. He really went above and beyond for me today in helping with my vehicle. Very personable, kind, friendly. I went there for a state inspection and the lady took my car into the last bay and said that she couldn't print out the inspection report. That it was ok for the courthouse or HEB to call her to verify the report. I'm guessing this location can't afford printer ink or a printer. The next day I went to the courthouse and the lady printed the report and my car failed due to emissions. I had my car repaired next door and they suggested Jiffy Lube. I will never go back there and furthermore they charged me for a failed inspection report. Go to Valvoline in Porter for state inspections. They don't charge you for a failed inspection.

Changed oil but didn't notice gasket was missing. I drove from KW to Austin at night. Caught the leak the next morning. 2nd time they have not done a leak check, we will not go back.

Brought my car in for an oil change. Got quoted a price for one oil, they put a different oil in and overcharged me, got a receipt that says I agreed to pay a higher price for cheaper oil??? Avoid this place. Don't go for any service.

I went to this location for my Inspection. The machine had to be restarted because it was not working properly. When my car was done it was dead in the stall. They tried jumping it and that did not work. They suggested getting a new battery and told me Advance Auto Parts was across the road, mind you They meant across 4 lanes of busy traffic and a big ditch. I had no way to get there. Cedric was helpful and got me a new battery from O'Reillys (that I was charged for). When that was done being changed out my car still wouldn't start. So I asked if I could go and try it. It turns out my car was left In drive with the E brake on and that is why my car wouldn't start. I can't definitively say that that killed the battery in my car, but my car was just fine before the Inspection. I dont think I will be returning to this location and I will definitely not be recommending it to anyone.

Fine quick oil change, friendly prompt service, in and out and still had enough time to get some lunch on my lunch hour. They do fine work.

I've used Jiffy Lube for years but never used this location before. Went in to get an oil change and have had an oil leak ever since. Service was fine otherwise but hard to trust this location when a standard oil change causes leaks after being serviced.

Google says they open at 9 am on Sunday morning. I got there on the dot and waited 15 mins for someone to come open up. Employees were sitting outside in the heat waiting for the manager to get there to unlock the door. THEN after someone finally showed up I was told it would take 30 minutes for them to set up and be ready for business. I took my business elsewhere. I suggest you do too.
