Went in a rainy day so there wasn't too busy. There was only one person ahead of me. Pretty quick service. Had oil change and state inspection probably less than 30 min.

Very disapointed ive always went here for years , today i went and some guy stan was working and he was soooo rude didnt exsplain nothing to me didnt fill up my tires and lied that he did i felt like i def got the bad version of service very disapointed this was always my fav place to go bc they always went above and beyond but today ruined i for me

I bought a used car. The screen said that I was due for an oil change. So I took it to Kingwood Kwik Kar. They showed me the dipstick and that the oil was clean. They said I didn't need an oil change. Wow. Super impressed. Thank you so much for being so honest. You've got a customer as long as I live in the area.

Dont use this place. they sold me a filter that they did not have in stock and took forever to finish my car. It turn out that they sent a guy to an auto parts store to buy a filter. He bought the wrong one and had to go back a second time. Offered me no discount for how long the service took and when i asked for a pgone number for the store manager and/or owner i was told tjat they would not provide it. Will never be back here.

My wife took her car to these people for an oil change. And here I am writing this post about 3 weeks later because now the check engine light is on for oil pressure. Yes you guessed it... it would appear that all they put in the engine was approximately 1 quart of oil. Not to sure how one who changes oil would forget to actually put the correct amount of oil. Will NOT be taking any of my vehicles here. As this could have ended badly. Like blown engine badly. Please avoid this place guys and gals unless you have extra $ for engine repairs. If that’s the case this place is perfect for the ones who have more money than they can spend. Pep boys you win again!! See y’all In a month or so

Quick place to get an inspection done. Unfortunately their non obd 2 smog machine broke down and hasn't been available for a while which is one of the main reasons I took my car there initially.
