It was okay only dislike was if your in a group whatever one person gets the whole group has to get even as an individual. Another downfall is walking to the bar 🍸 for every glass.

Worst Customer Service Ever! People have to provide good customer service at all time. Don’t treat your customers badly when you are closing. I went to this store (11/15/19) late in the night and I saw all the lights on and the door open I thought they were open. Plus in the front door they don’t have any sign with the times of the store. When I entered the lady and the guy that were working that night literally both started yelling at me. “Get out of here” were the exact words of the lady. They are many ways to tell the customer that the store is closed. You don’t have to be so unprofessional and rude. I got upset and I asked them for the phone number of corporate to make a complain and her answer was is in the ticket... She gave me a piece of ticket with no information at all. That is how Dollar General’s employees treat there customers?

Literally came in for some gift bags at 10:40 by 10:47 I was out. They close at 11:00pm. I didn’t think it was a big deal but I had one of the workers ask me if I knew at what time they closed. I’m not from this state so I looked up the closing time. They close at 11 so after I got questioned I said “yeah, 11” and he said “not every day some days we close at 10” okay but today is Monday, you’re open till 11. I could shop until 11 if I wanted to. The first girl who told me they closed at 11 was nice but damn I got heated as I was paying when I got questioned lol

I shop at Dollar General all the time. Went in and there were a few items in there clearance section. For example, a hair spray had a sticker that said clearance $3.35. The sign above the clearance items says, " take an additional 50% off already marked clearance". Ummmm why did the guy at the register tell me no when it clearly says take an ADDITIONAL. Either you fix your sign or honor it...all the other stores mark it down again. There is o way this hair spray is $7 normally. Dollar general is starting to price gouge and there staff needs to learn customer service

Location, reasonable experience. Only challenge would be the young students who may patronize the business need to be considerate of other customers by not placing their bikes in front of the doors.
