Nicole help me find everything for a Leppard Gecko I found on my parking lot with another employee my little gecko friend is happy with his super worms and waxworms very helpful ☺ love everything they did to help with all the info I needed to keep this cute little gecko ❤ Thank you lots I be looking for you guys again when I go back to the store!!

My elderly mother was here yesterday at around noon, she was trying to buy a specific cat litter, she is bilingual. She asked for help to a guy that I guess was in the register, but his respond was very rude and told my mom that he doesn't understand what she mean, he pointed the back of the store to look and search for her self. In the end, my mom grabbed the wrong litter and end up returning it.

Came in here a few weeks ago to look for cat litter. We walked around the shop and quickly noticed some huge red flags. The fish section had multiple dead fish and alot of the tanks seemed dirty. The store was just disorganized and things weren't in the right place. Then to top it all off ther was a bird loose for days. It just seemed like the entire staff didn't care to be there. It sad to see these animals getting abused by lazy people.

I took my 13 year old Yorkie to PetSmart and Melissa did Amazing job. She was super friendly. I read the reviews and they weren't the best but everyone is different. So I tried it. I am satisfied. We will be returning to Melissa. Thank you

The one at Sand Lake and John Young carries more due to the Banfield vet on premises. Otherwise, both are very nice and clean and have great and friendly staff. 5 star if both would have the prescribed foods more available. Also their checkout needs updating to more current tap technology or cell phone payments.

I brought my fur baby to get groomed and they did an amazing job. Melanie took the time to explain the different styles with me. When I picked up my fur baby, Melanie was able to give me a very informative overview of my pups visit. She has provided helpful tips. Thank you so much.

I love this Pet Store but Prices are over Priced for most items. Workers that are there aren’t greeting you and seem to not be happy working there. It’s a New Store and have a good amount of items in Stock. I Love my Neon Fishes❤️

PetSmart customer service is helpful they always seems to go above and beyond. Whether I have questions or need help, they are there for me with speedy answers and assistance. At this time, I do easy online ordering and pick up at the store. Sometimes I choose curbside pickup. Which is when a PetSmart employee brings what you order to the trunk of your car once you have it open and call them on the phone for curbside pickup. It's a great option for those who would like to avoid contact with people to prevent the spread of the Corna. Inside the store it is well organized, immaculate, and heavily stocked with various foods and supplies for variety of pets. I'd highly recommend this place to any pet owner as I truly am grateful for PetSmart my husky, rottweiler and pit bull they are the happiest with the toys and food I buy here which makes me happy too.

The amount of dead, decaying fish in the tanks was shocking. Some looked to have been there for days. How hard is it to fish them out or regularly clean tanks to avoid this? Some tanks had 5+

Helpful employees, quality fish, much less expensive than the other store in town. Also has a very nice variety of fish. Aquatic plants that I have purchase here are also doing very well!
