This is the worst store to buy pets from! I bought a bird here, on his website it said it was only 400 dollars… when I got in store he over charged me… the bird looked sick a day later… he doesn’t want me to return it!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Romano‘s Pet Store!! The owner, Juan Romano, was very warm and friendly.!! He trimmed the nails on my two parakeets. What he charged for this service was beyond reasonable which was also a nice surprise 😀. He was very skilled and my birds were surprisingly calm in his care. I was very pleased because they wouldn’t let me touch their nails!! The store was extremely clean and orderly. He had a huge selection of birdcages, birds.and supplies. All of the birds appeared very healthy and happy. If you are shopping for a budgie, parakeet, canary, supplies, etc. then I strongly urge you to visit this pet store. I had to travel almost an hour but going forward, this is my go to place regardless of travel time!!! Thank you so much, Juan!!!!!

We visited today from a long distance and the owner, Romano, was super helpful and very knowledgeable. It is clear he cares for his pets and knows exactly what to do. We are much appreciative of his help! Very good pet store!

This place is so filthy. They have huge birds in small fish tanks in the back, ALL of the water bowls look like they haven't been changed out in ages. The guinea pigs looked sick and had no hay or veggies. The store was just dirty. If you're going to shop here I would take the animals to the vet straight away, because I doubt they're all healthy. They had fish tanks with fish that were clearly WAY too big for them. They had a beautiful Parrot that looked like it had been plucking it's feathers out sitting inside of a small AF fish tank even though there was a huge empty bird cage beside it. I honestly hope this place goes under new management or at least hires someone who actually knows how to care for animals. The prices for some of the birds went up in hundreds. They also had pigeons. Two per cage, which again were grossly small compared to the size of the birds. Some of the birds even began laying eggs in this place in their food bowls. This place made me sick and I hope they learn how to take care of animals.

First time going to this place and I wanted to cry. Absolutely no care for the animals just Money. I’m not a bird expert but I know for a fact the cages were to small for them barely any room for them to even spread their wings. First step in and you’re hit with the smell of strong urine. I asked where the puppies were and was told they can’t be touched but they are around the corner (the bathroom) ridiculous. Rabbits on the floor in small cages with dirty soiled bedding. The baby birds were all inside small plastic containers . Way to many animals in one small building. SHUT IT DOWN.

I love this pet shop, Romano is very nice and knowledgeable about the animals he sells. He also has a large variety of birds and reasonable prices! I bought my mom a canary! She loves him!

I bought a pair of zebra finch birds as a Christmas present for my daughter. The female had 3 eggs and they hatched with no problems. After the 3 baby's are adults and in separate cages the female dies, we get another to replace the female and 2 weeks later the new female dies. They had me take the bird back to replace with another female but younger because it's beak was still black. After almost a month or so the female is now a male with a black line on its eyes and orange cheeks. They have been in business for years but I guess they are at the point where they don't care. Not buying from them again, will prefer to go to another pet shop even if i have to drive a distance.
