when I took my Labradoodle to this Petsmart I didn't know what I was in for. They told me it would be $81 to trim his coat because it had some knots but it would also include cleaning his ears, trimming his nails and a shampooing. They told me it would take about three hours. I recommended them to not shave his privates as I wanted them somewhat covered with hair. Exactly three hours later they called me to come pick him up. They told me it had taken longer and their policy was to charge additional for any extra time so they were charging $20 extra which was already annoying because this was not discussed beforehand. Then I get there and his privates are shaven, he smells bad, which he never does, his eyes are irritated and his coat is all chopped up and his ears are not clean. They came up with all sorts of excuses and lies to justify themselves and they even had the nerve to tell me I misled them because I don't have Labradoodle but rather a Goldendoodle... A year of ownership and papers and I still don't know what breed I have apparently. I go to the register to pay and now they are charging me $108... another $7 bump in price for some reason! Disgusting...Terrible customer service and no transparency! A word to the wise: Do\not take your dog there!!

My first time bringing Max to this place to get bath, clean his ears, cut nails and cut fur around his paws. Even though I picked him up with a small cut in his paw when he was inside the kunnel they took the matter very seriously, I’m still giving them 5 stars specially to Ellie. Thank you Ellie will be back because of you.

This applies to petsmarts in general not this specific location. Nice place friendly staff. Not a great selection and a bit overpriced compared to online shopping. Good if you need something quickly though.

I have a golden doodle puppy and I took him to this PetSmart for a puppy bath for the first time a few weeks ago and he was so happy and Salma did such a great job! So I decided to bring him back but Salma didn’t seem to be available so I picked a different groomer and I’m so disappointed. I picked up my dog and his hair is not even fully dry. It seems like it wasn’t even brushed. I can’t even run my fingers through his hair because it’s tangled. I can still see the grass residues on his paws and ears from his walk this morning. So sad my second experience wasn’t as great as the first one.

10 STARS FOR DARION! 1st time Thor, a 2 yrs old Saint Bernard was groomed by Darion who did a spectacular job. 👏👏👏 Thor has anxiety and abandonment trauma and Darion with so much love managed so well that Thor let her does everything. Thank you Darion for all patience, love and care with my baby boy Thor. We love you! 🐶

I went here for the grooming. The groomers didn't seem to clean my danes ears very well but everything else was superb. He had druff and brownish spots that we couldn't get rid of since we rescued him. They managed to leave his coat looking flawless and he was still his happy self when he came back to me. ♡♡ I also bought him a collar and toy here. The toy was cheap and I got what I paid for. Hasn't lasted a month but it was only $7. The collar however is the best collar I've owned ♡ very very happy with the purchase and it didn't break the bank either. ♡

The petsmart overall is great and got no issues in fact my dog loves it! But the grooming area not so great, and I mean the just the grooming part. The employees were great but the work quality was a bit poor. My dog was groomed there and when I went to pick him up he was still wet and not fully dried.

Usually nice staff. I bring my dog here to get groomed... sometimes he leaves happy sometimes he dislikes the people that groomed him. They have pretty good prices compare to the competitors around them.
