Delivery was great super nice guys quick and efficient, bought a washer a Maytag from them 2019, warranty ran out now washer does not work. Putting me in a bind since now I have to wait 2 weeks for repair. Thanks Home Depot!

Products are good. Had a weird interaction with an employee who thought we were stealing a 5 gallon water jug because we said "have a good day" weird...? We had the receipt and already check out.

Paid almost 4k for flooring to be delivered and placed in the specific room of my choosing. Delivery individuals showed up dropped it off, when I told them it was supposed to be put in the house they said "we don't work for Home Depot" and left. Now waiting on a call back from Home Depot because no one could take my call. I certainly hope someone is driving out here from the store to move my flooring.

We always stop here at the Home Depot in Traverse City for our materials. They have a really great selection in there facility.

I walked the store for a while before being approached for help. Kristin...I think... went out of her way to help me find exactly what I needed, even though it was way up on a shelf. I did not get same experience at Lowe's. They just said no. I will happily return to Home Depot.

Had everything I needed and was well stocked. The employees however, we’re disrespectful, lacked patience, and rolled their eyes when asked to help. The inside of the store resemble New Orleans after hurricane Katrina, a mess. Lowes or Amazon will be getting a new customer.

I’m am so disappointed in the service. Workers standing around talking and totally ignoring us. We asked where something was and they responded but offer no help whatsoever. We were standing trying to figure out what we needed for several minutes in plain view of three employees. We pick one thing and started to walk away and decided we had the wrong thing so we turned around to look again and still no help. Checkouts we’re just as bad.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of service at this store. I was purchasing lumber to build a shed. Had to ask for them to get 16 foot pressure treated 4 x 4s from the back so they knew what I was getting. SIX employees standing watching me load them! Seriously?? I spent $500 dollars in one trip to the store . Three carts fully loaded with the concrete and lumber combined. Will definitely be going to a different store for the rest of the shed.

I can’t explain what an incredible experience I had her recently with a customer service worker named Drew. He was kind, patient, and so helpful when I found myself in a sticky situation with an instore and online order. I called the next day to praise him to his manager but was never able to get anyone on the line, so I’m here to leave a review and say Thank you SO MUCH for helping us out in what could have been a very stressful experience! :D

We ordered dry wall and paid extra for them to bring it through the threshold… they called us to let us know they will not be doing that today(we paid extra for this service)they stated they would be leaving it on the WET GROUND! We tried to speak with someone so many times. No apologies just “I don’t know what to tell you” and snarky attitudes. Customer service was horrendous! Go somewhere else this place and their delivery service is a joke.
