Drove 45 min to pick up an item that was supposedly in stock… only to find when I got there that it wasn’t. After the associate, packed off with my phone (with the item pulled up on my screen). A customer had been looking for the same item the night before and the store didn’t have it. Why the associate couldn’t update the system when she saw it was in fact, out of stock, is a mystery. After waiting 15 minutes for associates to look for the item, I was told pretty much, “well we don’t have it”. Super fun after wasting an hour of time driving and waiting around, not to mention the gas wasted on this trip. As I was checking out, waiting in line, the cashier finished with the person in front of me, then without a word… went to a different register. Very rude. Poor customer service. Definitely won’t be going to this location again.

I went & bought 4 of the rain barrels but they only had 3 in stock. Cal ranch couldn't subtract the 4th barrel off their own credit card but offered to give me a gift certificate instead. When the statement came in, I wrote out a check for the 81.00 & mailed it in. Imagine my shock when I saw the cashed check & it was processed for 10 times of what I wrote on the check. So now I'm cancelling their credit card & want to warn other's!

The customer service needs HELP! Worst I ever experienced at a CAL-RANCH. I asked an associate to help me find weed killer ( 2-4-D) and had no clue what I wanted. He kept asking me if I wanted oil. Then the gal at the register had no clue about the price of a salt lick. After debating the price, and long lines behind us, we cancelled the order and went elsewhere. We spent $200.00 your store could have made. Sorry, need more training of associates.

I had such a good experience. I needed tire chains for my dually. I spoke with Logan at Cal Ranch we matched the tire size and found the tight ones. He carried them out and with the help of Jackson all three of us put them on and off perfectly. Very Professional and excellent workers.

Store is fine (except the bathrooms, they stink tremendously), but the customer service is horrible. Wanted to buy some of their orchard grass hay, but due to the way the 2 employers treated my mother and I we decided to go elsewhere.

Purchased dog food (Nutrena, recommended by this store) for two years from this location. Went in tonight to redeem my certificates for two free 40lb bags of dog food and was told they wouldn't honor them, they said "we no longer accept those". Never going back to this location or buying Nutrena dog food.

Went to the Farr West UT store to buy dog treats. I have to use an oxygen tank and when I went to check out, clerk was yacking with customer who just paid. She then got on the phone. When she got off the phone she started laughing at me (I had a mask on). I told her my oxygen was running and I needed to hurry. She kept laughing and I asked her what she thought was so funny. She also answered the phone again. Needless to say, I was angry. If I didn't need the dog treats, I would have just left. Guess what! I found the treats online for 1/2 price! I won't be going back to Cal Ranch. (By the way, my total was $50 - not a lot but they won't get it from me again.)

Went here because it was close to where we were out, they were not very stocked with dog food at all and didn’t have what I came for. Used their restroom and I had to hold my breath because it smelt so bad and was so incredibly dirty, the West Jordan location is much cleaner and always has my dogs food in stock.
