The Uinta Golf store in Midvale refused to give me in-store credit (per the 90 day satisfaction guarantee) on two clubs I purchased a couple months back. I came to this store, and received in-store credit with zero hassle. Great customer service here! I will always purchase from this location in the future.

Been shopping at the salt lake location for years, first class down there. First time in the ogden location. Nice selections but the customer service needs a bit of work, could tone down the arrogance a bit. Maybe it's just the weekend crew.

Bought a new shaft and it broke within a few months. Dropped it off on a Saturday and they said someone would call me on Monday. I didn’t receive a call back so I followed up on Thursday and they still didn’t have an answer. They can keep the $500 shaft and I won’t buy here again. Awful customer service.

Used to be a really great place. Really overpriced now. Every time I go in I overhear them explaining to a fella why they can only give $9 for a two year old club. Not much different than the pawn shop. I don’t see them lasting much longer unless they return to what made them successful

Don’t bring your clubs here for re-shafting or new grips. They don’t back up their work and give you excuses that if you leave your clubs in the garage that it makes the glue bad and that is the cause of the head coming off the shaft!!! In 30 years I have only had one head come off a shaft and it happens to be the one they put a new shaft in for me. They are afraid of covering $3 and 15 minutes of time to make it right.

Bathroom was dirty! Not much of a selection for womens clothes. Only one of the 5 people at the counter asked if we needed help. Disappointed, this use to be our favorite store.

I'm pretty sure customers turn invisible as they walk in the door. Hubby couldn't get anyone to help with questions. After 2 attempts, we have decided to go somewhere else. Definitely will not be back and wouldn't recommend. Stay far away from this place.

Zero customer service. Could not get help with anything. They were not busy at all ! I asked for help looking for a specific golf bag. The salesman acted distributed and bothered. I wanted to buy new clubs. Look around for over 30 minutes could not get anyone to acknowledge me ! I never be back.
