Went into the Alex & Ani store in the KOP area. I was gonna order these on line but needed one ASAP. So, I walk into the store & Ms. Alex was a wonderful help to me. My daughter was getting engaged & I seen a great bracelet that said “Just Engaged” I ended up just not buying the 2 bracelets for my daughter but 4 bracelets for me & 3 for my daughter ($300.)🤦🏽♀️ but it was well worth it. JUST WANT TO GIVE ALEX A GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT SAYING THANK U THANK U THANK U my daughter luvs it

On, May 22, 2021 I walked into The King of Prussia mall location I was not greeted upon entering, there were two female associates at the register with a customer engaged in conversation. After the customer's transaction was completed these two associates still never acknowledged Me as to offer assistance they were too occupied with who's making a Starbucks run for beverages. One of the associates were tattooed with a slightly shaved head and her colleague golden hair worn in a messy top knot. The associate with the top knot couldn't say that she didn't see Me I turned around as she'd walked behind the counter then proceeded back into the Starbucks order. I've recieved Alex and Ani items as gifts and planning to purchase additional items but, if this is the behavior that is tolerated in your establishment I will not make any attempt to patronize this location ever again. I WALKED OUT!!!

Went to return a bracelet, and the cashier ripped it out of my hand, rolled her eyes at me and was very rude. Will never return to that store again.

I went to Alex and Ani's in KOP to get my lady a bracelet. With so many different choices it was overwhelming to say the least; but every young lady in that store took time out to help me choose the right bracelet. They joked, laughed, and were super down to earth even helping me. They made my experience so much easier.

Amazing. Thats the only word I can describe the way I felt as I left this store. I went in just strolling thinking I could find a cute gift for someone or maybe something for myself and I found an amazing necklace that donates back to a charity for mental illness. But its not just what I got but the people i met who really made my experience worth while. I have been struggling with Mental Illness recently and have been trying to keep my struggles a secret. Seeing that necklace that i wanted to purchase for myself as a token saying, "I can do this, Things will get better, this too shall pass." Made me feel some sort of way. When I got up to the register Bri (as she said like the cheese) and I started talking about my struggles. I was in happy tears as she comforted me and made me feel not so alone in my struggles with Mental Illness. Alex and Ani gifted me the necklace because i guess that they could see how it meant so much to me. But truly Bri and the other sales girl who was a few days new to Alex and Ani showed warmth and compassion I have never seen in a retail store before, AND I WORKED RETAIL! haha....and my mother and cousin bought a few other things from the store and they were extremely helpful for them too! I will forever be someone who shops with Alex and Ani and will always wear my "Be Yourself" Necklace.

I went here to get a gift for my niece and at first the sales lady was giving me that oh to familiar feeling. The one where they judge you before you had a chance to say hello. It was not until after my purchase that her demeanor changed. This was my first time going to Alex and Ani. Although, the jewelry is beautiful, I do not want to feel like this after I made a purchase.
