I bought a bracelet for my wife from this store. It was a gift form to me on a life of vent. They did not have the bracelet in stock so they shipped it for $20 charge. The bracelet came after three days. It was late but I guess stuff happens. My wife loved it and put it on right away. Next day as she was walking from one room to another she felt that something fell on the ground. She did not see anything at first but when she turned on the light she saw the bracelet on the floor. She let me and I called the sales person. He told me to come in and they can repair it or replace it. I came in with the wife to do the exchange. The wife decided that she wants to return the bracelet because it was damaged goods and not exchange it. I got a very uncomfortable feeling from the sales person when I said that we are going to return because the bracelet was damaged. She returned the bracelet but I got hit with shipping fee. When I asked her to talk to her manager, even then I was told that the shipping fee will not be refunded even if they sent a damaged bracelet. It’s not just the $20 but also that non of them had the courtesy to say we are sorry that you got a damaged bracelet. It felt like I was at a car dealership. ~Sher

My husband and I had walked into Milanj just looking around back in February, Because our 29 year anniversary was coming up and we were also celebrating me being Cancer free after fighting Rectal Cancer for over a year and a half!Jay, the owner walked over to my husband after we were there for a little bit and started talking to him like they had met before, but then realizing they hadn't! Long story short, in the meantime,I had already found a ring that I wanted, and my husband had already found a watch he wanted. Jay, me and My husband ended up just talking like old friends for like 2 hours, like it was just meant to be a meeting that should happen. I had been in so many jewelry stores in the past several years just looking for JUST the RIGHT THING I wanted, not NEEDED!for my anniversary ring. I literally found the PERFECT fitting ring but the PERFECTLY BEAUTIFUL RING that was EXACTLY what I had been imagining for several years!It was just surreal! I'm just saying, things just don't happen like that, at least to me. Jay is a VERY nice human being, but He really needs to learn to take time OUT for HIMSELF 😊Life is short! Work Can wait a little while or someone else can take care of it lol. Milanj is a fantastic place and the customer service is second to none!I definitely recommend Milanj Diamonds for absolutely beautiful jewelry! ~R.

Went into the Alex & Ani store in the KOP area. I was gonna order these on line but needed one ASAP. So, I walk into the store & Ms. Alex was a wonderful help to me. My daughter was getting engaged & I seen a great bracelet that said “Just Engaged” I ended up just not buying the 2 bracelets for my daughter but 4 bracelets for me & 3 for my daughter ($300.)🤦🏽‍♀️ but it was well worth it. JUST WANT TO GIVE ALEX A GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT SAYING THANK U THANK U THANK U my daughter luvs it ~Lydia
