I bought a bracelet for my wife from this store. It was a gift form to me on a life of vent. They did not have the bracelet in stock so they shipped it for $20 charge. The bracelet came after three days. It was late but I guess stuff happens. My wife loved it and put it on right away. Next day as she was walking from one room to another she felt that something fell on the ground. She did not see anything at first but when she turned on the light she saw the bracelet on the floor. She let me and I called the sales person. He told me to come in and they can repair it or replace it. I came in with the wife to do the exchange. The wife decided that she wants to return the bracelet because it was damaged goods and not exchange it. I got a very uncomfortable feeling from the sales person when I said that we are going to return because the bracelet was damaged. She returned the bracelet but I got hit with shipping fee. When I asked her to talk to her manager, even then I was told that the shipping fee will not be refunded even if they sent a damaged bracelet. It’s not just the $20 but also that non of them had the courtesy to say we are sorry that you got a damaged bracelet. It felt like I was at a car dealership.

Seriously disappointed with this store. I was promised a replacement for a piece that broke and after way too long a time thier response was " sorry, we're not going to do that." Period, nothing else. Thier service department is anything but service. Im done with them.

Absolutely horrible experience at this particular location. I’m a long-term customer of Tiffany and have multiple items of jewelry from Tiffany. I had some issues with these items through the years but they were all handled with no problem and respect at different locations. However, at this particular location employees do not carry the values that Tiffany and Co represents. I bought a Tiffany ring from Atlas collection as a birthday gift for my daughter. Several months later she felt some unevenness on the surface of the ring and we brought it to the King of Prussia store to send it for the repair. Several weeks later we have received a call that repair person found a small crack, which he will try to polish up and repair as much as he could, but the ring would probably not going to last long and eventually should be replaced. So we proceeded with the repairs and the ring was returned to us. My daughter loves the ring and she wears it every day. Unfortunately, Two weeks ago the ring has cracked in half. We brought it again to the King of Prussia store, explained to the associate that last time it was sent to the repair, they told us that if it cracks they won’t be able to repair it and asked for the solution. However, the associates decided to send it to repair again! Today, we received a call from the store that this ring was returned to them and can’t be repaired. They also can’t replace it because it is discontinued. This is the second Tiffany ring that gets broken within several months of wearing. I continue to buy Tiffany products for my entire family because of the customer service and the impeccable reputation. But rings should not break in half especially Tiffany rings! This store obviously doesn’t value it’s customers, they just dropped the ball and returned me a broken ring without any attempts to offer me any solution in term of replacing it with the similar ring from Atlas collection or at least some other attempts which would prove that they value their customers!

Employees did not take me seriously when I entered the store even after telling them exactly what I wanted to buy when I walked in, I did however end up getting service after about 15-20 minutes despite the store being almost empty and when I went to check out the employee had a surprised look on her face when my card went through and wasn’t hiding it at all. In the future I will either be going to a different location or ordering online as the only polite person in this store was the lady working the door

I do not recommend this store. My daughter bought a necklace with pendant. It broke. She went back to the store and the only thing the associate knew to say was’you have to buy another one.’

Wonderful customer service experience!! From the gentleman/guard at the entrance to our salesman. Love Tiffany & Co when it comes to shopping for gifts for my daughter’s birthday! Just wish they still sold the single shot glass would of been a perfect 21st Birthday gift for her!

Large, beautiful store with lots of beautiful items to look at......unfortunately no one can be bothered to show them to you! This was my 4th time in the KOP store and everytime I've had the exact same experience. I'm always greeted as I walk in the door and then once I'm in.....nothing. The sales associates are either not paying attention or just standing and staring at you. I've never been asked if I'm looking for something or if they can help me find something. I've always had to approach someone to ask for help. My first visit to the store, I was looking for a handbag that I saw online and was hoping to see in person. I asked one of the associates if they had any hangbags on display and she didn't even know Tiffany & Co made handbags. It took two associates to figure out if they had any. Then once they found them, she told me they didn't make the one I was looking for. I had to bring it up online to show them, and then was told they didn't have any in the store. During my most recent visit, I wanted to inquire about the same handbag to see if they received any in (it had been over a year since my previous inquiry). I had a hard time locating an employee and finally found 2 young women that were standing and talking in the middle of the store. I assumed they worked there, so went and asked them about the bag. They both just stood and stared at me. I apologized and said I'm sorry I thought you worked here....finally the one girl spoke up and said we don't have any and they went back to chatting about their dinner plans. Totally disgusted that a store like this can have such horrible customer service. This store needs better management to train employees and work on greeting & assisting customers.
