I felt like the sales woman that helped me yesterday March 15th, 2022 was not the friendliest! The staff is snooty!!! I informed the sales woman (whom I do not know her name because she did not tell me) that it was my mothers birthday and the bracelet I was purchasing was for my mom. She took the bracelet in the back to place the bracelet in a box and put a ribbon around the Box and placed it in a bag but there was tissue paper. (I am all about presentation and accommodating) I had to ask her for tissue paper!!! She went in the back again to grab me some tissue paper, folds it up and hands it to me. What kind of service is this? Self serve??? It was my mom’s 75 Birthday which I told her. So, you would think she would have wrapped it up really nicely for my mom. In the future I will shop else where like Nordstrom’s in Cherry Hill or Neiman Marcus-KOP where the sales reps are friendlier and more accommodating!

Mens bling is hard to find. This place is excellent for fine jewelry. What's not to love? But always bring a deep pocket! But very worth it for something special!

Please save your self the frustration and don't waste your money on this product, specifically the large stone pendants. They look really pretty initially, but due to poor design, over time the stone becomes murky and cheap looking. The only solution DY provided is a cleaning. So now I'm stuck with a $2000 stone that looks worthless. Poor quality and poor service.

Beautiful jewelry. My wife loves this place - all of her favorite pieces are from here. I have a couple pieces of jewelry from here as well. It is top quality, on par with the likes of Tiffany's and Cartier - and the only drawback is that the price tag is about the same as well. Customer service is always fantastic, they modified my (mens) bracelet free of charge as I was afraid that the clasp would open and I would lose it. In my opinion, Kathy is the best sales person, you should ask for her if you are considering buying anything at the KoP David Yurman store.

Excellent experience. Friendly, knowledgeable service. Beautiful new store with several private viewing areas. Water provided while you shop. Plenty of comfortable seating for those waiting with you. Great music playing (Muddy Waters, Bo Diddly).
