The salesmen was very rude and was unprofessional in service. I asked to see a watch and try it on and he showed it to me then grabbed it and put it away and wouldn’t let me try it on after I pointed out to him that the price is marked up by 100%!!

Therefore, I like to get my own experience, regardless of other people's opinions. I have had a wonderful experience with Milanj and I will explain to you why. My name is Angelica L. and about 5 years ago I was eager to buy diamond earrings, as far as I remember, other stores offered them for 19,000 and no one gave a discount. As soon as I entered Milanj, I fell in love with this place, because the very first minute I went into it I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed. This is indeed a great store with great people working there. But my favorite one is Pejman who is indeed a very smart, polite and friendly person. He spent approximately 2 hours patiently giving me great advice. To be honest, that day I was not going to buy anything, but he gave me such a generous discount that I couldn’t resist and bought the earrings. In addition he offered me 12 month financing at no interest. I’m so happy with the service I received at Milanj that after my first purchase I keep visiting the place when I want to treat myself buying something new.

I just would like to say, I cannot believe this sales guy in there omg he is really unbelievable 😳 the way he talked to my fiance when we came in to look at rings, he didn't even show us rings, he started comparing diamonds and colors and quality and Yada yada,,, and then said how much do you wanna spend, and then said that's not enough. My husband and I had walked into Milanj just looking around back in February, Because our 29 year anniversary was coming up and we were also celebrating me being Cancer free after fighting Rectal Cancer for over a year and a half!Jay, the owner walked over to my husband after we were there for a little bit and started talking to him like they had met before, but then realizing they hadn't! Long story short, in the meantime,I had already found a ring that I wanted, and my husband had already found a watch he wanted. Jay, me and My husband ended up just talking like old friends for like 2 hours, like it was just meant to be a meeting that should happen. I had been in so many jewelry stores in the past several years just looking for JUST the RIGHT THING I wanted, not NEEDED!for my anniversary ring. I literally found the PERFECT fitting ring but the PERFECTLY BEAUTIFUL RING that was EXACTLY what I had been imagining for several years!It was just surreal! I'm just saying, things just don't happen like that, at least to me. Jay is a VERY nice human being, but He really needs to learn to take time OUT for HIMSELF 😊Life is short! Work Can wait a little while or someone else can take care of it lol. Milanj is a fantastic place and the customer service is second to none!I definitely recommend Milanj Diamonds for absolutely beautiful jewelry!

I purchased an engagement ring from Milanj and couldn't be happier! (12/13/20). They custom made the ring out of 14k gold to my fiances exact wants!! The quality and craftsmanship is second to none!! The diamond is fully GIA certified and sparkles like crazy!! We enjoyed the experience so much that we went back for our wedding bands last night (8/6/21). The sales staff was so helpful and again are going to custom make the wedding band for my fiance out of 14k gold!! The staff took the time to show us so many options and really made the experience educational!! The Christmas in July sale going on right now really saved us some money!! Best jeweler around!!
