Best western apparel store in Farr West, Utah (UT) 2024

Drove 45 min to pick up an item that was supposedly in stock… only to find when I got there that it wasn’t. After the associate, packed off with my phone (with the item pulled up on my screen). A customer had been looking for the same item the night before and the store didn’t have it. Why the associate couldn’t update the system when she saw it was in fact, out of stock, is a mystery. After waiting 15 minutes for associates to look for the item, I was told pretty much, “well we don’t have it”. Super fun after wasting an hour of time driving and waiting around, not to mention the gas wasted on this trip. As I was checking out, waiting in line, the cashier finished with the person in front of me, then without a word… went to a different register. Very rude. Poor customer service. Definitely won’t be going to this location again. ~misscajur
