First, I'm a local to this area. Second, this is the best place in Traverse City to purchase steaks! Their steaks are higher quality, have more flavor, and are more tender than any other business in town. Trust me, I've had them all. I am a super picky pizza person so I wasn't expecting much. This pizza is SO yummy!!! We ordered the 16 inch caprese pizza and a pitcher of soda. It was under $30. We loved every bite but after seeing others around us having the bread sticks, we wished we had those too!! Next time!! ~Linda

Knowingly charging a wrong price than advertised for a bottle of wine, but continuing the sales transaction is a misappropriation of funds aka bait & switch and is illegal. Given that the transaction was concluded with no reparation of funding, the cafe should be fined. The dark haired girl refused to give me the $2 difference (plus I had already tipped!) and was inappropriate when I suggested they fix the sign - now. They also REFUSED to give me contact info for a manager or owner. Sadly, I suppose this place enjoys blatantly cheating people. Bad wine - $10 & disappointment. Kids running a biz? Hmmmm. ~Gail

I worked with Jeff Walgrave, one of Serra’s outstanding salesmen recently when I was looking at the VW Atlas and Volvo XC90. Jeff took me for a test drive in each car and was extremely knowledgeable on the features, pros and cons, and how these cars fit into my family’s lifestyle. While ultimately we decided to buy another car, Jeff was extremely effective in providing us with detailed information that helped make our decision easier and was extremely understanding that we wanted to test drive other models from different dealerships. A couple of days later, Jeff followed up and when I told him that we’d gone a different direction he was excited we’d found a car that fit our needs. That authenticity and personal touch is something that is lost on a lot of car dealerships, but Serra clearly prioritizes the customer first and foremost, which is refreshing and appreciated! I love it, the only place that I've found to get Laoganma and Gochugaru. There's a whole lot to get lost in here, but it's all well organized. Only a few aisles so you can be efficient. Good stuff I'm so happy northern Michigan has this place! ~Austin
