I worked with Jeff Walgrave, one of Serra’s outstanding salesmen recently when I was looking at the VW Atlas and Volvo XC90. Jeff took me for a test drive in each car and was extremely knowledgeable on the features, pros and cons, and how these cars fit into my family’s lifestyle. While ultimately we decided to buy another car, Jeff was extremely effective in providing us with detailed information that helped make our decision easier and was extremely understanding that we wanted to test drive other models from different dealerships. A couple of days later, Jeff followed up and when I told him that we’d gone a different direction he was excited we’d found a car that fit our needs. That authenticity and personal touch is something that is lost on a lot of car dealerships, but Serra clearly prioritizes the customer first and foremost, which is refreshing and appreciated!
