My husband and I traveled a few hours to TC to look at the dealerships there (way more offerings than where we live). We are on the market for an SUV with third row seating with a pretty high budget. We went to several dealerships that day and this BMW dealership is the ONLY one where we were not greeted when we walked in. We had to say hello to the receptionist and she said hi and that was it. We were there about 15-20 minutes looking around and not one person approached us and asked if we needed help or had questions. We went over to the Mercedes dealership and we were greeted right away and shown around (as with the Toyota dealership, Audi, and many others). We were very disappointed and are only giving it two starts instead of one because the dealership was clean. If I decide to go with the BMW, I would never go to this dealership again and would find another one elsewhere even if it is a farther drive.

Held car without a down all via email and phone calls. Most of all we both loved Patrick! He is Truly a BMW Genius and is a very polished professional. He need to be part of any completed sales at your dealership. Joe was a great guy, no pressure to buy and we had great conversations about cars in general.

This dealership made purchasing a new BMW an excellent experience! Despite the shortage of cars, they quickly arranged a showroom visit, test drive and info session. When we had settled on a model, Chris P. the Client Advisor secured a build slot with delivery in a surprisingly short time, given the supply chain bottlenecks. The car delivery was smooth, and they took all the time I needed to get comfortable with the new BMW and all of its many features. Bottomline is I felt valued as a customer, with a strong sense of commitment from them to take care of me down the road.

The worst sales team I’ve ever encountered in auto sales. GM Dave is NOT customer focused. The sales reps are unorganized, do not communicate effectively and are not professional. Sad that such a great auto manufacturer has such poor representation in Traverse City.

Friendly, helpful staff. Ken M. was straight forward, no B.S. kinda guy. I appreciate that! EDIT: The gentleman I was talking about above was actually Jeff Hall! (Ken's names was on the paperwork). Although, when I dropped my car off for service this morning, Ken M. helped me, and he was very nice as well! But I really appreciate Jeff, it's hard to find people working in the auto industry that are honest and straight forward. Thank you!

Once again I had a great experience buying a BMW from Chris Pratt and BMW of Traverse City. Chris is knowledgeable, straightforward, and he really gets to know his customers and their needs. Great service before, during, and after the sale. Also, must recognize Matt Echols, the service manager, and his team for getting the job done right for their customers. Absolutely the best service I've ever had. Personal, warm, and understanding, both Matt Echols and Matt Doyle are extremely helpful. Not only identifying the root causes, fixing the problems, explaining the details, they also look out for the customers--always seeking the best options for the customer's individual needs. And they are backed by superb technical people to get things done right. Plus all the staff in the facility makes you feel at home. It's always a pleasure visiting BMW of Traverse City.
