Been sitting out in the hot sun for better than an hour number two in line one vehicle and be waiting for parts the other one is having other services done and they allowed other cars to pull in they got here after I did should be coordinated somehow I believe this will be the last time I use Williams quick oil change Service: Oil change

I went to Williams with a promotional coupon from up north live. They were poor in service at best. They put premium oil in without asking me and proceeded to charge me an extra 20 for it. They said my car required premium something I have never been required at any other oil change place in the past. They never checked any of my other fluids or tire pressure. They also tried to charge me full price saying my coupon (which i purchased earlier that day was expired. An oil change that was supposed to be 25 (after the coupon) now cost 45 which is the same I usually pay at regular price else where without a coupon and with all the fluids and tires checked. I would highly recommend taking your car elsewhere. Service: Oil change

I normally change my own oil but due to an issue with the drain plug I went to Williams. Not only were they able to get the oil plug out no problem they gave me a better replacement plug to avoid the issue in the future. Very thorough job by all and customer service was 5 star!! Would not recommend getting an oil change at Williams Quick Lube, or any service for that matter. The staff having a very loud conversation about a mistake that was made and the response of "I feel bad for the person that got that oil change, all their seals are going to be shot now," was a huge red flag but I decided to go back and give them a second chance. Everything seemed to go well, all I needed was a routine oil change. Within seconds of leaving and pulling out onto the main road my car begins to make a very loud and very atrocious slapping sound. I immediately went back, where they looked under the car and instructed me to pull into the bay slowly. I do as instructed when you can hear the undercarriage begin scraping the raised concrete ledge. They had not put the rock shield liner back on correctly. They "fixed" the problem and refunded me partially ($20) and I went on my way, only to realize upon arriving home that the liner was not only Not bolted back on completely STILL but the liner is now destroyed and the few bolts put in the liner were all random sizes and lengths. I have tried to contact Williams regarding this issue. I was told a higher up would be in touch to solve the problem. After a week I receive an email stating they "assume" it's been taken care of. I reply back to let them know it has NOT been taken care of or even addressed. Still no response to this day. I do NOT recommend this fast lube to anyone that wants honest and trustworthy work done to their car. You'll end up with added expenses and damages to your vehicle and your service clearly doesn't matter much if they can't even contact back an unhappy customer. Service: Oil change

I went in to get a simple oil change and the guys at Williams Fast Lube went above and beyond taking care of my car. I am not a car person nor do I claim to know much about them, and they were really patient with me and gave me helpful advice. The car is new to me and they pointed out services it could use. When I decided to go ahead with it they went above and beyond and found some coupons to help with the cost. All of this in less than 20 minutes. My only regret is I only caught one of their names, which was Dylan. I’ll be taking my car here again in the future for sure!

William's Quick Lube went above and beyond to make sure their service was number one priority for me, and their other customers. James McClellen (the new Manager) is FANTASTIC! He answers any questions you have, has an infectious smile and is overall great at his job! His crew is prompt, thorough and appear to enjoy being there and helping their customers. The manager James McClellan is amazing. He was so helpful and very kind. We spoke about our kiddos while I waited for my car to get done. Which was so fast. And we still talked after. They truely make You feel welcome there, instead of okay your done get out type of places. They were quick and professional as well. If you need a get in and out sort of place. This is where you need to go. They are all so nice .
