We were on our way North and had a blowout on our camper. I was able to put the spare on and get to Belle Tire in Traverse City. In less than 1 hour, they had all four tires on the camper done and put the spare tire back. I highly recommend Belle Tire for their customer service, no matter where you go. Kudos to Nathanyeld and Ronald, the mechanics that changed my tires. Also special thanks to Scott Jackson who made it all happen. Belle Tire for life!

Went in for a replacement of my 4 tires and also ended up getting an alignment and my car runs amazing and the tires looks great. George checked me in, he was very nice and helped me with my questions. Would recommend to all my friends and family!

I had to have an emergency repair done and these guys were beyond understanding and compassionate and got the repair done quickly. George was very good at calming me down and didn't pressure me into doing anything that was not necessary. I could never thank these guys enough for making my drive back home to the Detroit area safe fir myself and my 9 year old son. Thanks for everything youball did.

We were on our way to Munson hospital were I had an appointment for outpatient procedure to be done. We got something in our tire and was losing air. We made it to Belle tire. At first we were told 3 hour wait time. My appt was one hour, so I was going to call cab. But they ended up getting us right in and no charge for fixing the tire.

Went in to have my car inspected because the suspension sounds off and I am 4 hours away from home. They told me they won’t inspect my car because it’s a corvette, even though I’m only asking for them to make sure my car is safe and not replace any parts!!! Great customer service!

I got an alignment from Belle tire. When I picked up my car the steering was worse than when I brought it in. I understand that mistakes happen but the service I received when I went back in was terrible. I drove less than a mile down the road before turning back to address this issue. Not once did anybody apologize for the inconvenience. When I asked if somebody drove the vehicle after the alignment to make sure it was done right they said that they were to busy and didn't have time. They wanted to try another alignment on the spot and I said no because if they don't have time to drive the car after the alignment to make sure it's right than it's not worth it. Gentlemen in front named Ryan had no problems just issuing me a refund and getting me out of the showroom. He straight up ignored me twice when I was asking him questions. Some how he is a supervisor/manager? Very unprofessional. Will never go back.

These guys were legends! They rotated my tires for free, checked my alignment and gave me upgrade options for the winter weather. They officially have my business when it comes to tires.

My husband and I stopped in. The dash was telling us three of our tires were needing air. A young man came out checked all the tires. .They were so friendly and never charged us a dime. I will recommend them. Thank you Belle Tire Traverse City.

They decided to tell me that it went well. It took them 3 hours to change my tires and didn’t even car to notice that they did this. They also said that they will not refund me for my brand new tires and they will not replace them. Great job bell tire.

Got in and out quickly to have the winter tires changed out. It has a nice waiting area, magazines etc. Table to bring your laptop and work if you need. Has a TV that displays a feed from the garage so you can see your car getting worked on.
