They did a good job on printing the canvas photo I ordered. The only issue I had.... was I had to complete the assembly of my canvas. I had the cashier help me place the backer board to the back of my canvas. 🤨

I am so mad…. I no longer take 2 medicines and I personally went in the store to tell them that so I would no longer get the messages to pick up. The young man (that usually answers the pharmacy phone) would not let me speak! After being cut off by him 4 or 5 times, I said “wait! Will you let me speak?” He then arrogantly fussed at me for being rude! I tried to make him aware that he was the one being rude-he wouldn’t let me speak. He said I could speak if I wasn’t rude! Of course, he continued to harass ME for my behavior. The funny thing is he was the person that waited on me when I went in the store and told him about discontinuing the medicines. The rest of the personnel in that store are very helpful and pleasant!

Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The bearded pharmacist started arguing with me when I told him that they were disrespectful and told me that I was disrespectful to him. He followed me as I walked away almost the point of coming out of the pharmacy and into the store. He acted like a bully. I would love to speak with whoever is the top boss of that pharmacy above the pharmacists to see if they can teach this pharmacist how to treat customers and remind him where his pay comes from, us customers. The previous location was way more customer friendly .

When this location was off of 1960 in Atascocita, I felt the service and understanding was much better. Now there have been many times where my prescription orders don’t come out correctly and or together like they’re supposed to. I tried calling two separate times and was on hold over 25 minutes each. The second time while I was still on hold I drove up through the drive-through to see that nobody was attending the phones. I asked the service attendant why and she said that they were there listening for the phones but there was obviously no attention to that. This is not the first time I have seen many people working very hard behind the counter, but ignoring the phone calls in the office It is very disappointing because CVS has been one of my favorite pharmacies over the years. At this location they don’t seem to go the extra mile to really help you understand what you can do to make your prior authorizations go through and additionally the lack of customer service on the phone is very time-consuming and difficult for not only me, but from what I see for many other patients. CVS has the potential to be very good, but with the lack of customer service, getting prescriptions ready correctly and answering phones it’s definitely down on the lower end of the spectrum at this time

I don't know what's the deal with the other comments but this CVS is so convenient, it's 2 minute away I get my snacks from there and other miscellaneous things. The staff are helpful and nice. Although I can't talk for the pharmacist. The checkout is fast and easy always.

I don’t normally go out of my way to write reviews and I have NEVER gone out of my way to write a negative one, but the people who work in this pharmacy are incredibly rude and snippy. I have had to call multiple times to get a prescription refilled that I’m not allowed to refill in the app. They can see I have no insurance and then proceed to tell me “well you know this will be expensive” .....yes I’m aware of the reality of my insurance situation. I have used several CVS pharmacies and this one is absolutely disappointing. I only gave 2 stars because the store staff is nice.

I asked for assistance unlocking a razor and the white associate with glasses seemed grossed out at the fact that she had to assist me. When she did help me, I kindly said thank you and she just turned around and left. She could have at least said you’re welcome. I paid at the cash register with another white associate and the lady talked to me as if I didn’t understand English. I replied to her comments and I paid for my items. I let her know how uncomfortable my experience was and she just proceeded to say ok and chuckled.

I don’t normally go out of my way to write reviews and I have NEVER gone out of my way to write a negative one, but the people who work in this pharmacy are incredibly rude and snippy. I have had to call multiple times to get a prescription refilled that I’m not allowed to refill in the app. They can see I have no insurance and then proceed to tell me “well you know this will be expensive” .....yes I’m aware of the reality of my insurance situation. I have used several CVS pharmacies and this one is absolutely disappointing. I only gave 2 stars because the store staff is nice.

Rude and extremely slow. Went in to pick up medicine that doctor called over. I told them my insurance changed. They were extremely rude and said ya we got it. I hadnt even told them what insurance it was. So i asked the m do you have this one. Again they were rude daying yes thry hot it. They said it will take 20minutes. So i left and came back almost an hour later went through the drive and it still wasnt ready. Waited another 30 minutes had to go inside and finally got it.

I am only customer in line, store is empty, after waiting at window 10 minutes and honking a guy comes to the window and tells me my script wasn’t faxed over. Another 10 minutes, comes back and says it got sent but wasn’t filled because insurance is not on file.
