Came here last minute on Saturday afternoon to get an oil change, I was back on the streets in under 10min. The crew was very helpful, very knowledgeable and professional! I asked a lot of questions so im thankful for the patience. If there was a question they didn't know they answer to they found out and got right back to me. Good job boys!! Keep up the good work! I have brought 2 Vehicles to this location for inspection, both were 2020. The first time a few months ago they tried to tell me it would t pass due to windshield wiper blades. That vehicle had 15k miles on it. So when I agreed to let them replace the blades with the condition that they give me the old ones back the employee miraculously changed his story and said it passed inspection! So today I took the second 2020 vehicle in for inspection only to have the same situation, when I said replace the 1 blade be claims had a tear in it (did not) and said the other was leaving streaks and was not, he charged my card and then proceeded to tell me it wouldn’t pass. When I asked him why he didn’t finish the inspection, replace the blade he claims is bad he claims he was done. I proceeded to ask him again to go ahead and replace them, he didn’t want to give me the old ones, so I started recording the wipers and the situation and he then refused service. As a woman, which we are taken advantage of in the automotive industry more times than none, he shouldn’t have had a problem with the situation if there was nothing to hide and he was in the right. He was very unprofessional and rude from the moment we pulled in. Will not go back, and as an added bonus that same vehicle passed inspection at another place of business 25 minutes later without having to replace the existing functional blades. That employee stated he was a manager so be aware of Julian the “ASSistant Manager”

Add “insult to injury”- I had to go back because they did not fasten the oil pan cover correctly. They wanted to argue that a screw was missing… didn’t matter that it WASN’T dragging before I went in!

Driven by this location many times, needed an inspection done today an hour before their closing time. I was greeted by a kind gentleman with a bottle of water and guided into a bay. Brandon took over and made the process easy simple. Everyone in there was very professional will come back for oil change or any other service's.

My first time coming here I really liked it. There were 2 cars in front of me, a mechanic approached my car within a couple minutes noticed I had my son with me offered him some snacks. Never had to leave my car. Was out of there pretty quickly its a little bit more expensive the other places especially other places that offer more then just the oil change in a package for a cheaper price. However it saves a bunch of time!. Def recommend especially if your strapped for time or don't feel like leaving your car!
