Best auto parts store in Humble, Texas (TX) 2024

I have been in this location several times and had the pleasure of being helped by the same person, a man named Jakeb. He has been super helpful and knowledgeable each time. Even going so far as to come outside and take a look at the lug nuts on my moms car when we needed help. I will continue to shop at this location for all my automobile needs. ~Lyndsey

Absolutely bismol customer service. The old bald gentleman couldn't careless about my window issue. Asked him what I needed and all he did was tell me what isle the parts were on. Couldn't even spend the 5 seconds to show me. After looking on my own, I asked if he could take a look at my window outside and his excuse was there was "too much traffic" in the building. Yeah, y'all were real busy with your 3 frickin customers at 9pm. The young lady working could've easily handled them. Extremely dissatisfied!!! If you want answers and REAL help, go to advanced auto parts in atascocita. They actually took the 10 minutes to help me. And were happy to do so. Id most definitely fire that bald guy if I ran the store. He doesn't belong in a car parts shop honestly. Super unprofessional and couldn't care less about my problems with my car. A no nonsense, inexpensive way to buy auto parts. Not on-line, you must visit the store person. Staff seemed fairly knowledgeable. Din not have a Murray A/C retro fit kit #26601 that I needed. Also bought four high side A/C valves, all the wrong size for my '85 Bronco. On the good side, they had ethe power window motor at a great price. "they had work shop seats to sit in (I am somewhat disabled). No issues with the returns. they were just as cheerful with the returns as when i bought the parts. They are number ONE on my list to call for parts. I am not a garage or mechanic but saw many people running in and out to deliver orders. No dust in this shop. ~John

Nice place and like other parts places workers are on the telephone . About a 30 minute wait for service . Construction on hiway in front of store makes it hard to get in and very hard to get out . ~Rogelio
