It depends on who is working. Customer service is 50/50.. those who are good deserve 5 stars. Those who don't speak to you and talk on their phone (and it's always an ear piece which gets confusing because you don't know if they're talking to you or not.. I've responded many times thinking he's speaking to me and get a look like I'm bothering him). THESE guys NEVER smile, speak, or even acknowledge you. At least if you're female.. I've noticed that they tend to show more respect to and acknowledge men. But the store is always clean and rarely problems at the pump. It's ashame that those bad apples bring the customer service experience so far down. When i go there, I'll peek in the window to see who's working. If it's one of the disrespectful guys, I'll go to the Kroger gas station.
