My fiancé and I were last minute shopping for our wedding rings( wedding was a week away). After being completely ignored at Kay jewelers, we stopped into Ashcroft & oak (mentor location). We were immediately greeted by Gabriel. He spent the next 20-30 minutes showing us various options, as well as finding a wedding ring to perfectly match my wife’s engagement ring. I would absolutely recommend stopping in to see him and will continue to do so my self. He made the entire experience pleasant and easy. And my wife couldn’t be happier with the ring he selected.
