My fiancé and I were last minute shopping for our wedding rings( wedding was a week away). After being completely ignored at Kay jewelers, we stopped into Ashcroft & oak (mentor location). We were immediately greeted by Gabriel. He spent the next 20-30 minutes showing us various options, as well as finding a wedding ring to perfectly match my wife’s engagement ring. I would absolutely recommend stopping in to see him and will continue to do so my self. He made the entire experience pleasant and easy. And my wife couldn’t be happier with the ring he selected. Top notch service!

I was in a very difficult last minute situation and I needed a ring. Tiffany, Scott, and Kay went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable with my purchase and they helped me get what I needed. They went above and beyond to help me find this ring that wasn’t even a regular size and even offered to have their in store jeweler make one special on the spot. Tiffany Soric provided the best costumer service ever. I went to Great Lakes Mall, went to my jewelry store across from Ashcroft & Oak and was disappointed when told I couldn’t purchase because of a technical mistake. I went to Ashcroft & Oaks Tiffany took her time showing me different pieces for my wife’s Mother’s Day gift, she showed me some quality piece. I was so pleased I decided to get me a necklace, my wife is pleased with her gifts. Thank you Tiffany!

Abby was wonderful to work with. We came to purchase a diamond to replace a lost one after I lost mine after 42 years of marriage. She was knowledgeable, patient and compassionate helping us get a new (bigger!) diamond putting it back in my original setting. My husband is very picky with what we buy and it worked out perfectly! The customer service is great here. I love that they don’t make you feel like you just a customer and they just trying to make a sale. Always friendly. I never have to wait for help. They know who you are when you come in the store if you a regular. Always show respect. It with the pandemic going on and people being so rude they seem to still stay professional. So that why I love this place.

We had a wonderful experience getting our wedding rings! Couldn’t have been more impressed. My engagement ring fits wonderfully however when I put my wedding ring on the set becomes very snug. 2 months ago we discussed getting the set resized. I was told to come back on a Tuesday a couple weeks before the wedding and the jeweler would resize my ring in store. It’s Tuesday, 18 days before my wedding... there’s no jeweler in the store now and the only solution I was offered was to send my ring out to be resized, which now takes 4-6 weeks. So my options are to pay to have it resized somewhere else, that I now need to find on my own, or send it out now and not have it for our wedding, or send it out after and not have it for our honeymoon...
