Best convenience store in Mentor, Ohio (OH) 2025

This place needs to be bulldozed!!! The sewer is backed up into the store!! Smells nasty!!! Cockroaches in the back room. Do not eat here you will get sick. The help is very nasty and disrespectful!!! Shut it down already!!! ~Jake

Filthy disgusting bathrooms paired with rude and unprofessional staff make this a 7-Eleven to avoid. Stop by today I had to use the men's room my daughter used the women's room and both were filthy. Additionally the paint was peeling and overall needing to be refreshed. The icing on the cake was when I went to the register and the guy behind it was complaining because the customer in front of me had politely let him know that the woman's room was dirty. His comment was what a dumb lady has she never been to a restroom in a gas station? What did she expect? At least there wasn't s*it all over the floor like they're usually is. ~Ed
