My wife and I called Audi of Mentor at 2:30 in the afternoon on 7/28/22. We were home by 8:00 that evening and we live 1 hour away. Our experience was over and above any other dealership that we bought cars from and I have been buying cars for 35 plus years. Katrina in sales was extremely professional and accommodating and Patsy in finance was the same. We traded in another Audi and were given a fair price for our trade. So in conclusion I would highly recommend Audi of Mentor to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Highly recommend! Dale and his team are the best! My car had its service completed in a timely matter and I was kept informed at all times of when it would be completed. Their customer service is top-notch and I am always treated like a valued customer. I drive much further to have my car serviced at this dealership rather than other Audis that are closer by due to their customer service.

I struck a pothole last week and after taking it to local collision center they told me the cost for repairs would likely exceed 7,500. At this point I felt I needed to take it to a expert. Audi of Mentor completed a alignment for literally a fraction of the price and I was on my way the next day. I appreciate the dealerships honesty and commitment to customers. I happened to choose Mentor dealership out of pure chance. I happened to be looking for my first ever car purchase and Blake Jaffee assisted me in making that decision. He was there every step of the way and I kid you not when I say this; he spent eight hours with me in his office. He went over every minor detail regarding the financing procedures, answered all and every question I had regarding Audi’s performance, price and quality. I wanted to know exactly how much it would cost to get maintenance performed. He politely answered all those questions and was very patient with me. I consistently come to Audi mentor for service on my 2011 S4. The service department is extremely thorough, professional, and transparent. The fact that I can get an oil change, wash, and full inspection of my vehicle with an itemized printout of the status of every major component of my car for only $200, keeps me coming back. And now I can view a full video of the in depth inspection of my own vehicle, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Absolutely more than satisfied with my service here.

Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. This is my third Audi vehicle, but my first with Audi of Mentor. The bar was already set high, but these guys blew past it. My sales person was Blake, I would absolutely recommend seeking him out when you are ready for your next Audi purchase. He was very knowledgeable, down to earth, and extremely communicative.
