Where do I start? Sometimes, you just need that little extra something to get you through a short week. James Novak at Advance America Mentor is phenomenal; this guy really knows his stuff! Honestly I have not been here in years so I was unsure if the process! The wonderful staff member that helped me out (I forgot her name) but she was wearing this super cute Mickey Mouse mask! She was sooooo amazing, nice, though I couldn’t see her smile I knew she was! Thanks for explaining everything to me and getting me out quick too!

This company is amazing! Their installment loan process is so easy and I love that they withdraw payments every two weeks makes it easier for me to pay them back. Other companies want a large lump sum paid back which makes it harder to pay back. When I paid off my loan with them and got another one I was able to get an increase. The staff on Mentor Ave in Mentor/Painesville Ohio are very nice, extremely helpful and very customer oriented. Thank you Advance America!
