Do yourself a favor and go to ANDERSON GLASS. The Glass Doctor replaced a windshield on my daughter's car and it shattered 2 days later. These people are crooks!

I contacted this office in January about fixing a broken window in a rental property. I was told they were busy but would get someone there. No more contact. I called again in March when the apartment was to be rented.. was told they would get someone there. Even gave them the tenants contact information. Tenant has said after initial phone contact and was told someone would be there its now been three more weeks and nobody has contacted her regarding fixing this windown.. It's now the first week of April ! This is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and NOT ACCEPTABLE for a business in this town !! I would NOT recommend Glass Doctor of Ashland for ANY business if their people can't follow through with even contacting us and taking care of the situation.

Don't go anywhere else. I had a new windshield put in my 1998 Jeep Cherokee -- not only did he do a perfect job but he also fixed up a little bit of rust spot behind my windshield that needed some attention. To me that means everything and I will never go anywhere else again. Also his prices are better than anyone else around

A snow plow broke out the back glass in my Kia Soul last night. Jared got the information from my insurance agent about 9:30 in the morning. Had the glass ordered by 10:00. Called to make arrangements with me and had me scheduled in at 11:00 ( the soonest I could make it there) and my Kia was ready to drive home by 2:30. The workmanship was excellent and Jared treated me like my vehicle was his top priority. To say the whole experience was exceptional is an understatement. Without a doubt Glass Doctor be handling all my glass needs in the future.
