Can't NOBODY get it any reserve spots with these trucks parked where they aren't supposed to be and employees to lazy to tell them to move! Paying to park shouldn't have this problem!

Clean lot, nice clean inside building, Moe’s was good, price probably high but decent amount for price, parking rig no problems.

I get the truck parking is horrendous here but I had parked in a spot and made sure trucks were able to still move around me and get in and out of spots, there was no "no parking" signs on posts or on the ground, yet two employees came out and told me I have to move halfway into my 10 hour break. I informed them I couldn't as I was out of hours and the ELD would trip into driving and I wasn't in the way, yet these employees proceeded to knock on my door from 3 am all the way until my 10 hour break was up. Thanks for the 3 hours of sleep after working a 14 hour clock. It was much appreciated guys. Advice would be to continue south to the Loves or Sunoco.

Another typical standard issue filthy disgusting Pilot. This used to be a real nice place, but, as time has went on, it has turned into a typical Pilot, like all the others...unmaintained, disgusting restroom facilities.... And why are there always those 2 Redbull trucks parked out front? As if parking here already isn't a bad enough issue....smh...

Truck parking lot is terrible. I saw 2 people get stuck trying to turn around. One person backed into a Hot shot trucks side mirror, another cracked a fairing because of a jack knife turn around. The Lot is was too small and dangerous.

My experience was awful..after two meals and fuel and shower..and in the lot for 24 hrs..your staff ask me to move my truck because I was parked in front of fire hydrant..I explain nicely that I only had 2 hrs left then I. Leaving for my delivery..you staff made m en move It or else towing will be call and see wrote down license plate number.. Only 2 more hrs after been parked here for 24 hrs .your staff lack of courtesy Was very desaopointed after coming here for 15 yrs..with my 499 drivers..it's ok..we are taking our business else where..you have no gratitude or uh understanding of truck drivers..too bad snooze you lose..sincerely a desaopointed customer

Employees need to do something about trucks parking in the no parking spots. People park in the lot entrance making it one narrow lane in and out, and park along the truck entrance behind the fuel island. This morning was impossible to exit the lot and pull to the fuel island due to this issue. Other than that the rest of the place is great, but unfortunately won't be coming back to this location

They have Cinnabon! Also, Clean bathrooms, although the paper towel holders were quite a distance from the sinks, so you had to drip your wet hands across the floor, but that’s not too big a deal.
