The people are very welcoming but when my wife was looking for a stethoscope that she needed the lady acted very rude and condescending. Either way we tried to support a small business but this business didn't need our money obviously so we just bought it cheaper on line by $30. And same quality and better selection online. It is of my personal opinion that these people need to take a lesson on retail and personal relations. ~Bobby
