I have had the best experience with this location! My dad is a really big Vans fan. There is not a day that goes by that my dad does not wear Vans. For Father’s Day this year, we bought my dad new AirPods. Come to find out they just released a Vans AirPod case for the Vans family but it was an in store thing. I am located about 3 hours away from the closest Vans store so I called this store and they were amazing and shipped me one in the mail that same day. Not only did they send the AirPod case, they also sent some additional things like stickers, a pin, and a flag. This made my dads day and I could not be more appreciative!!! I would 100% revisit this store. Shoutout to Dameon Putman!

Worst service ever! Two girls and two guys were working. The girls were running around helping customers and the two guys stood around and talked, played with a rubber band ball & were on their cell phones. I Would not EVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE.

Wow just bought two pairs of shoes from this store. The staff was amazing. They actually talked to me and did everything possible to make me happy and get what I needed. Super cool people had an A+ experience. This should be a flagship store. Thank you so much for the customer service.

My daughter and I visited this location for the 1st time today and did not appreciate the lack of customer service. We were not greeted, but the couple coming in directly after us was. After being in the store for 20 minutes no one bothered to assist us, but tended to other customers. The store was not busy at all and a couple of workers were standing around. I didn't ask for help because no one else did....the workers approached them so I was expecting the same which is normal procedure when a person enters an establishment. It's the Plaza so I wasn't too surprised, but still not acceptable. I can't say 100% what was behind this behavior, let's just say all the non black customers were assisted and we were not. I will spend my money elsewhere.
