This Outlet Store is now unable to take returns that were made online. This rule is not customer friendly. In the past I’ve returned online purchases to this same outlet store. For the prices Talbots charges their customer’s, they need to be more accommodating; whether online, in-store or at an Outlet.

My sister and I love this store. It’s always a fun place to shop! The staff is very friendly and it’s the one store where we can find clothes that are fashionable and don’t look like they were made for teenagers.

Great clothes for women. Well made, fashionable and easy to wear. If you are a woman and not a half starved teenager, start your outlet mall shopping in here. You won't regret it. Also, sales staff is beyond excellent. To say they are helpful and friendly is an understatement. Had the best customer service of any store in the mall by far. Thanks, Shannon!
